Re: Ash's Diet
Hey Ash! Welcome!
I eat 4tbsp of OO per day. I've also been eating a lot of egg yolks and avocados lately (30%fat). I'm quite sedentary, opposed to RRM
Good luck!

Re: Red Meat
Today I just ate my first portion ever of raw meat, and it tasted like heaven! It was for sure the best thing I ever flavored. It was wild bull, the ones they kill after the bullfights (it's grass fed). It was bought frozen. Had really good looks and flavour. It was sirloin steak (don't know if it's...

Re: Dubious low-fat raw diet I came upon...
Totally agree with you guys. But the part I really wanted someone to comment or "demystify" is the part I quoted. "fat inhibits insulin from performing its function of escorting sugar out of the bloodstream" "If fat levels stay chronically high due to a poor diet, sugar will remain in the bloodstrea...

"fat inhibits insulin from performing"
Dubious low-fat raw diet i came upon... http://www.terawarner.com/7daydetox/7daydivadetox.pdf “When fat levels in the blood rise, so does blood sugar, because excess fat inhibits insulin from performing its function of escorting sugar out of the bloodstream. The excess fat lines the blood vessel wal...

Re: Affordable Wai
Well I've been thinking of moving anyway. I'm young, finishing teachers college, and wanting something new. Canada's gotten boarding and having affordable wai food is an important part of my life. I was already thinking about Spain or Southern France, so Portugal isn't too far off the mark. Are tom...

Re: Affordable Wai
There are lots of tomatoes here in Pt, also in Spain, but I am yet to find someone who actually picks them ripe, instead of green and then matures them with ethylene, and uses other harmful processes for conservation. I gave up on buying those tomatoes, they have a chemical smell, and some of them y...

Re: Affordable Wai
That's not that bad. I wish I could find good quality tomatoes, strawberrys and berrys here in Pt.overkees wrote:In The Netherlands you will only be available to buy cucumber, tomato, strawberry, pear and apples. And some other berries.. pretty damn boring!

Is it safe to eat raw, peeled, frozen pink shrimp? Like those frozen bags they sell in supermarkets.

Re: Affordable Wai
Maybe I should move to Portugal just for the 50 cent/kilo oranges (and warm weather). If I moved to Spain would it be the same price?/could someone living in Spain order in bulk from the same place you ordered? I'm thinking of moving to Spain on the assumption I could get a teaching job there. You'...

Re: Promoting Wai Diet
...for what part of it would you need that much money? You need specific rats, specifically bred for scientific testing. Thats because any 'genetic surprise' needs to be ruled out. Also, you need special standard feeds that are not cheap either. Then you also need to pay scientists for a couple of ...

Re: Dreams
After 4 months of being 100% Wai (stricly 100% all this time) I had 2 dreams lately of being on fast food restaurants with my friends, and for some confuse reason I had to eat hamburgers and other fried shit, and then I go: "ohh noooo here come the pimples agaaaaain" and "noooooo, there goes my "str...

Re: Damned, damned craving !!!
How I understand you guys! I am doing the diet for 8 months, and in the first 4 I really couldn't cut on bread! I could cut on anything but on it. It appears to be the most addictive food, but I think this also has to do with food texture, because in "normal" diets we are all used to eat chewy, dens...
