Balancing sugar & fat intake
What are some good ways to combine foods to ensure my fat and sugar intake are balanced to keep my blood sugar stable to prevent fat storage? For example, could I eat a small fruit followed by an egg yolk, and just repeat this whenever I feel like having a meal? I don't have access to unshelled nuts...

Non-acne skin improvements
I don't suffer from acne, and I'm not even 100% wai, but since eating more raw fruits and especially more egg yolks, I've noticed my skin all over my body has become softer and shinier. Even more supple and "youthful" looking in the cold dry winter.

Re: mayonnaise
Does anybody know how long homemade mayo should be stored for? I know ideally it should be eaten instantly, but it seems more convenient to make a huge batch.

Walking- how many hours?
Around how many hours of walking does wai recommend each day?
At my laziest I walk for at least 2 hours per day.
Is there a maximum?
I'm a teenager - so should I be walking more and be more active?
