Can I ask Agent why you're not eating fish? And I may have missed it, but what about Brazil nuts? Walnuts? Or leave it to me, raw beef? Raw fish... Well, I'm a vegetarian for starters LOL. Not strictly I suppose as I used to eat (tinned) salmon for protein when I used to work out all the ti...

Re: Hi, new here, just couple questions.

Well, I am no expert but here's roughly what I reckon the answers are... I have pretty acne prone skin and I read that foods with high iodine content tend to aggravate acne. I read that eggs have high iodine content so does that mean they will aggravate acne? Eggs will not cause acne as long as you ...

Have you entered your diet into a nutrient calculator? Yep but to look for what in particular? Regards energy some days I will be a bit short of the 2900kcal I need and other days I'll be just over. Although obviously some days I'll need more than other days i.e. some days I workout and others I on...

Progress is slow...

I've been on absolutely 100% strict rules now (that is ALL of the of Sample Diet rules) for 2.5 weeks. My skin (mild acne) seems much the same as when I was on a diet containing a fair amount of munch food esp. my neck still seems pretty messy. This is typical of what I have been eating in a day: 2 ...

Juicing Oranges

Hi all, apologies in advance for another weird question. Well, I got a juicer the other day. It says that it's fine to put in fruit with the skin etc. on. So I used a good few oranges with their skin on. The only thing is, the end product is more like 'pureed' orange and it has a taste of the skin. ...

Banana/Egg Yolk Recipe "100%"?

Hi everyone, I made a "tropical banana mash" earlier tonight. It was soo tasty and I was just wondering if this was a recipe that is suitable for this diet (that is 100% scrict): - 2 bananas (gently) mashed - Inexact amount (aprox. 3 teaspoons) of coconut oil mashed in with it. - 2 egg yolks -...

Sorry to jump on but straight vodka/gin don't sound to appealing to me? Not that I ever drink fizzy drinks - I haven't for MANY years (excluding beer ) especially evil Coca Cola products. Saying that how bad is it to mix vodka with say, cheap lemonade? I'm guessing the reply is "bad" so what's...

OK so over a week has passed now... My skin still hasn't been particularly brilliant but I'm coping due to my belief that things will get better soon. Thanks very much for all of your input :)

I'll get there, starting to get used to the diet already... Going shopping for just fruit and eggs was cool.

Cheers folks.
