I came to ask if it's ok to drink fruit juice that's gone off - I might as well post it in this thread.

If it ferments isn't that like drinking wine? And if you leave it longer it's vinegar? Is that ok to use?

I just made a smoothie.

Bad Chin Chin! You've got me into bad habits! Naughty!

It was:

juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clementine
1 plum
1 mango
1 banana

mmmm.

no water. if you blend the clementine to a liquid first, before adding the other stuff, you don't need to add a liquid.
