Re: Raw salmon (or other fish) combinations?

Thanks for the tips! I'll see if I can try some various "brands" of salmon, caught in different locations, to see if there's any difference. I would try avocado if I didn't have a problem with the avocado itself. I try to eat at least a couple of avocados every week, but they make me really full and...

Re: silly; egg yolk & sliced banana

Thanks for the tip! I've noticed that when I drink water together with the yolk, it starts to foam in my moath, which I think causes gasses in my stomach. So banana was a great way to get the yolk go down without problem, and make it taste even better! :)

Re: Raw salmon (or other fish) combinations?

That sounds good! I do admit that I've been eating frozen salmon only, which might add to the watery or "slimey" consistency. I did try some fruit together with the salmon today, and that made it a bit easier to swallow.

Raw salmon (or other fish) combinations?

Does anyone have any ideas of what food you can combine with raw salmon to make it taste more interesting (or less slimey :) )?

Re: Wikipedia.. Reshaping WaiSays.com

Sounds great, nick! I haven't had time to write anything yet, and probably won't for a couple of weeks I'm afraid.

If you need help with creating the article page at Wikipedia.org I can give you a hand.

Re: Wikipedia.. Reshaping WaiSays.com

Sounds good! I just got another idea as well: How about we create another article called "Wai Says" meant to provide a summary of the waisays.com website and all of Wai's theories, as many of them also regard other things than acne? There could still be an article called "No Acne Diet" or something ...

Re: Wikipedia.. Reshaping WaiSays.com

I can try to write an introduction as soon as I get time, but I don't know exactly when that will be. If anyone else wants to get started feel free to do so and post the text here or even start the Wikipedia article yourself. Do you have any thoughts on the title, RPM? Which of the suggestions do yo...

Re: Wikipedia.. Reshaping WaiSays.com

Glad you like the idea! Here are some basic instructions and thoughts how we could continue from here: It's very easy to start a new Wikipedia article. Just go to Wikipedia.org , write the title you would like the article to have in the search box, click "Go" and then click on the link "create an ar...

Wikipedia.. Reshaping WaiSays.com

Have you guys been to Wikipedia.org ? It's an enormous open encyclopedia that anyone can read and edit. It's one of the best websites I know on the Internet. I think we should start an article on Wai's diet, as it would be a good opportunity to summarize and promote it with links to both the forum a...

Ah, I had forgotten about that article! I think I read it some years ago when I first found out about this site. Thanks for reminding me!

Re: Getting enough protein to increase muscles?

Thanks for the info, Brian! I'm guessing that the protein recommendations that I've seen around the web are based on a "normal" diet, which means they eat protein of less quality, making much of the protein wasted? I'll try to eat at least 6 egg yolks per day and some bits of salmon. Hi Lyn, thanks ...

Getting enough protein to increase muscles?

At the moment I'm very physically active, training many hours per day (both muscle- and endurance training). In many places I've read that a physically active person needs between 1.2-1.7 gram protein per kilogram of bodyweight per day. I weight 70 kg, which means I should ingest about 100 gram prot...

Re: A simplified diet (cheaper and easier )?

Thanks a lot for your responses and the info! My main worries at the moment is to not lose muscle mass. I have mild acne, mostly focused on my chest, so that has not been my main concern, though a pleasant side effect if it helps. Regarding buying premade juice, there's also juice made from concentr...

A simplified diet (cheaper and easier )?

Hi, I tried this diet a couple of years ago but found it a bit too time-consuming and expensive (though very convincing). I'm now thinking of experimenting with it again but to a lesser degree, by finding a cheaper and easier version (that is less perfect of course). Here are some of my ideas: - Ins...
