Oh and one more important issue. In the world of man, we must follow the precations of man ... and in the world of nature, listen to nature. So, with diet, if we eat processed foods, we must use a second invention, toothpaste, to battle the negative side-effects of those foods. But, if we eat a natu...

Hi, back from under the woodwork! I don't know where you guys stand now on teeth problems, but reread that article Curliegurl posted by Dr. Gerard F. Judd. Sure, it's a bit fanatical, but he has good advice. I would take heed of what he says about drinking water. Some of his advice is basically afte...

Nick, those all sound right. I think the OO is ok (after my 8th brand), but the oranges are probably not the most ripe. I must confess I'm using pateurized right now, because since I'm eating munch foods and on the meds, there's no point in going hardcore. I'm just testing my energy management. BUT ...

yeah i've been having my doubts on the diet lately. It's hard for me to get enough energy. I'll reach a point where I have low blood sugar and an upset stomach and an inability to drink more juice ... it just won't go down ... no fun. Plus I didn't have results in my acne after 2 months so I started...

Corinne, I forget, how far away are you from the AT training course? Because I really don't think that would be that difficult of a transition. It would take up some time everyday, but then you could still teach and perform almost as much as you used to. You wouldn't have to quit your job or anythin...

"Actually, its EASIER to control diabetes on this diet (less energy conversion), simply because you need less insulin. This was confirmed by a diabetes-1 patient (a lack of insulin by birth), who needed 40% less supplementary insulin injected while on the Wai diet. " - RRM Are you thinking of Gorace...

Thanks for the reply. I completely understand the periodic waves and trying to keep the peaks lower. So my best bet in the end is just trial and error. Tomorrow I'm going to try no sugar added and do a 2:1 ratio day. Then I'll try a 3:1 ratio day and compare and so on. We'll see how it goes.

What's your ideal sugar:fat combo for juice/entire day?

According to Wai, the best ratio to start with is 2:1 but everyone's different and activity changes it and yadda yadda. Anyway, I was wondering what ratios you are all using right now for your juices and also overall for the entire day. RRM's is 4.5L / day with 50g (60 ml) oo and 100-150g (125 - 188...

They do ask for the name and phone number of your eye doctor, but I don't think they contact him or anything.

If you want a cheap pair of glasses, you could try http://www.39dollarglasses.com/

They're 39 bucks plus shipping. I'm very happy with them (I only use them for driving at night). Honestly for myself I just made up the prescription ... I went 50% less of my old one.
