Take disease into account, lack of health care, a dangerous lifestyle and other factors.

Africa isn't a pretty place.

Now that we have that out of the way, let's hear YOUR explanation
for the fact that the Masai tribe of Africa drink a LOT more milk than
500 lbs a year, but have little osteoporosis. And the fact that
osteoporosis is less frequent in Asian countries amoung women who drink
at least some milk.

That theory on calcium seems to be as bogus as a theory that muscle degeneration will occur if you workout throughout your lifetime and you will then not have the ability to move because your muscles are wasted. However, if you consume some fish and / or egg yolk once in a while, you'll absorb all t...

That would require you specifically go for those organs only. And? If you consume all parts of an animal, then you would likely consume organ meats. Primitive cultures of man consumed organ meats, and I'm sure other carnivores consume organ meat. Whether the milk is raw or not, does not make much o...

Absolutely. The hormone levels are about the same, maybe a little higher for some, but these hormones are in there by nature. You didn't answer my question. They havent been doing so for very long. Evolution wise, 10,000 yers is nothing, just a blink of the eye. Regardless of the fact that they've ...

This chicken will not contain high levels of hormones. So an animal that consumes a cow that has just given birth doesn't? Eating the hormone producing organs wouldnt have concentrated levels of hormones? For the hormones present in milk? No, proof that there are significantly higher levels relativ...

Sure, but these hormones do not end up in the yolks (compared to milk). They don't? Do you have any proof of this? Vitamin D is stored in the egg yolk, and many consider this to be a type of hormone. So what if a carnivore ate the chicken? These are high levels compared to other foods, but low leve...

So what about eggs? Powerful hormonal changes are happening in order to produce egg yolks. Organ meats that contained concentrated hormones? Do you think that excess vitamin D may be bad, regardless of its origin? I think excessive dietary vitamin D could potentially be bad. However, with sun exposu...

So, you say hormone levels and cancer are not related? (then you have all cancer specialists to convince) Can you say that those that consumed raw, grass fed milk by cows fed no external hormones would cause cancer? What about in cultures (such as the Masai) that consumed it as their main dietary s...

It's quite easy to label something propaganda, as well as unnatural. How natural is it to drink the mother's milk of another species? We are the only species who actually does that. Do you see tigers, who are carnivores by nature, drink the milk of other species? Maybe you can give your definition ...

Honestly, that sounds like a lot of propaganda to me. Even so, we are meant to consume the milk from humans when we are young. It would make sense to stop drinking milk as we are weaned off of it. Why would we continue drinking it, nonetheless from a cow? You can still drink it but I don't think it ...

I suppose you mean "people on primitive diets"? Being able to consume something, without any (directly noticable) issue, doesn't really say anything about its healthiness. No, I mean many primitive diets, such as the Masai and the original aborigenes in Australia (before they moved to a western lif...

You mean aside from the growth factors, hormones, and extra calcium we don't need? Not to mention the opioid peptides... Growth factors and hormones? More old wives tales and myths? You'll find those things in raw animal meat and egg yolks as well, you're not escaping them. Should we stop consuming...

Maybe somebody should... I believe they have a low life expectancy. This may be scewed due to things like AIDS and stuff... "Life expectancy is not much higher than 45 years" from http://kenya.safari.co.za/maasai-cycles-of-life.html Of course it is skewed due to diseases like AIDS, lack of a health...

Tell that to the Massai, that consumed literally gallons of the stuff a day.

Pasteurized milk has all the proper enzymes destroyed through the heating process. I wouldn't consume commercial milk, but find raw milk to be a very healthy and nutritious food.
