Re: Coronavirus

Yeah, you're right, a linear increase isn't what it's going to be, but growth will reach a peak and then decline, and the faster it spreads, the sooner that peak will be reached. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Re: Coronavirus

So, considering there are currently 79k deaths worldwide, that'd mean around 310k per year. For the common flu, the number of deaths per year varies between 291k and 646k.

Yeah, I ate raw Brie when transitioning from a standard diet to Wai. This lunch seems kinda lacking in energy, though relatively healthy :)

Re: Misunderstood milk

When looking at history and tradition, I think it's important to keep in mind that survival and availability are more important than health. We humans are lucky to be omnivores, so we can survive on a lot of foods, but survival is not the same as being in optimal health. Also, 'healthy' is relative....

Re: Wai Warrior - for autophagy - AN EXPERIMENT

Yep, still on it. Nah, I'm not much of a diary person. Besides, after the transition period there's not much interesting to tell. I tend to eat more or less the same every day for a long time, and when I change something, it's usually minor.

Re: Wai Warrior - for autophagy - AN EXPERIMENT

It is possible the body needs adjusting. Looking at my personal experience, I had both constipation and diarrhea during the first week.
