Most of my food have to be eaten with fingers since they're fruits. I only eat silverware if I have to. Silverware is a social conditioning in my opinion. Eating with your bare hands brings out the caveman inside of you. I would love to gut a live fish and pick its meat with my fingers...mmm...yummy!

I just noticed something interesting about Volvic bottled water. On the side of the label, the bottled water will have large words of either "Strength", "Volcano" or "Respect". I was browsing through Whole Foods bottled water section and Volvic is the only brand that does this. I just thought that's...

Hmm I got some new pustules this morning but they're all gone now. I also got a horrible sunburn from fishing today. My face looks so red but it makes my acne look less severe. Anyways, my current skin status is about the same as a week ago. Still very clogged and bumpy. Still getting pustules every...

Metaphysical stuff, crazy water experiment!

I just watched this documentary film called "What the %$!@ do we know". One of the researchers makes a good point about how our brain is processing 400 billion bits of information but our awareness is only two thousand, that means reality is happening all the time and yet we aren't seeing this becau...

The biggest improvement that I've noticed is that I'm nolonger getting pimples that used to be tender, especially around my cheeks and temples. I'm however getting yellowheads and whiteheads. I also get pustules that usually go away in a day or two. Most of the time these pustules would bulge so muc...

Went to the derm today. He was horrible, he didn't even question me about my diet, just prescribed me BP, tretinoin and doxycycline. I'll probably experiment with a little tretinoin on my chest area and see how that goes. My chest has these little bumps but they're not inflamed. As for doxy and BP, ...

I never had any allergic reaction to any foods but I don't know if certain foods are causing me to break out. It could be eggs, bananas, panapples or oranges. I really don't know. But something must be breaking me out since I still get many spots every new day. It could just be the initial detox I g...

Thanks for the reply. To answer your question Nick. I've stopped using topicals for couple months now. Although last month I was experimenting with urine as topical. (Don't even ask) Can't really say it made my skin worse or better so I stopped doing that now. I don't really know what allergists do ...

Link between masturbation/sex & acne?

I don't know if it's been asked but I've read it on other message boards about masturbation and acne links. It seems many people suggest that masturbation plays a role in acne flares since it plays with your hormones. I do not know if there's a link between masturbation and acne for me since I would...

My progress so far at 2 week point

I'm reaching my two week point. During the first week, my cheeks broke out pretty bad, but that's subdued now. Only red marks left. However it seems my jawline and forhead are starting to break out now. I normally don't break out on my forhead so I'm going to have to find out what's causing it in my...

Where do you guys buy unshelled nuts?

I live in LA and I've checked stores like Wholefoods, Trader Joes, Wild Oats and all my supermarkets, but they do not sell unshelled nuts. What's a good place to buy unshelled nuts? Please help! I'm trying to get on this diet, but I'm having so much probably getting my food supplies.

Thanks, you guys have been really helpful so far! It seems I should only eat the egg yolk? What about egg white? Does it matter if I swallow the yolk or stir with with something? What food do you guys recommend as an alternative source of calcium to replace soy? The reason why I'm taking soy milk is...

eggs/iodine > acne? organic vs conventional

I've been reading about this diet for a while now and I'm very interested in experiencing the health effects. My current diet is very much like Wais. I hate cooking so I usually stock my fridge with loads of fruits, vegetables and nuts that I can eat raw. The only processed foods I eat are probably ...
