Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
Had a skim through your diary where I left off last time. Not surprised to see you are still chaotically all over the place. Is interesting to observe. With my own personal research I like to observe trends in diet from all over the spectrum to see what all the crazy people are up to with their own ...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
I am back! Aytundra, no I am not scared of raw meat, I just do not like it that much more than a small little taste every now and then. I am not convinced we are raw meat eaters. What do you mean; you don't believe our ancestors have been eating raw meat for millions of years? Oh, I am sure we did! ...

Re: Gut issues and Glutamine
Try raw carrots and activated charcoal (coconut), works for me and I have similar issues. Really helps bind up anything crappy in gut if not eating "perfect".

Re: How fast can weight be gained?
WOW, Aytundra you make things annoyingly ridiculously overcomplicated. To gain weight just eat more. Even if you knew all the questions to all the answers you would still not know enough to do the simple right thing would you. Eat a certain amount of food for a week, if no weight gain add some more ...

Re: Wai Warrior - for autophagy - AN EXPERIMENT
So no water in the day, then 3-4 litres of OJ in a couple of hours in the evening? You must be peeing like a horse all evening/night? No, i never drink water. Maybe 2 days of the year, when it is extremely hot and im really sweating. Though we also have years without any extremely hot days at all (a...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
I am convinced all our genetic history is stored in our brain somewhere Whites are just a mutation of all humans common ancestors. All humans share the same early genetic history. The lion's share of that shared genetic history involved consuming raw foods. Apparently. You've missed the mark when y...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
If you have no goal, then you will not know why you are doing anything and maybe why you have no reason to stay on a wai diet. It seems a bit silly to be posting your diet on here if you do not even have a goal of going wai and having a reason to stick with it. Maybe you do not need to do a wai diet...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
I think you are overthinking and seemingly mockingly disingenuous. "Could you summarise some basic info, you are female correct? Age / height / weight >> and exactly what goal you are trying to achieve with experimenting with diet." >> you never answered. If this is more a personal diary in which yo...

Re: Warming up raw meat
Yes nice thanks, think I will do the oven method to start seems easier to control the temp.
Out of interest, how hot can I go before food technically is not raw anymore and "cooked" ? Specifically for meat, when you can see it turn cooked meat colour (which we do not want)

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
The shreddies was a joke, but if you need to gain weight and it is imperative that you do so, then even eating shreddies is better than nothing! So you walk 40x15 metres a day? 600 metre total? That is a very accurate calculation! And not very much at all! Any activity that you enjoy, maybe implemen...

If you want to gain weight, do more physical activity to stimulate protein synthesis and appetite >> then eat way too many shreddies!

Curious how you consume "juiced" banana. It comes out thick both ends, I guess the fibre looks a bit more fibrous than the "juice" but not much... Do you eat the fibre of which the versapers gives or just the banana that comes out of the juice hole? OR discard the fibre? Seems a waste considering th...

Warming up raw meat
What is a good technique of warming up raw meat without it cooking at all?
Straight out the fridge is too cold, even room temp is too cold > I am thinking I want a temperature of about 37 degrees to mimic a body temp.

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
hello Aytundra.
I find your words chaotic and entertaining.
I think you should eat shreddies, take a photo of the crime then post it on here.
Would be interesting to have a face to all this madness!

Trust in what? The bacteria / freshness, or pollutants? --- Yes, I only have access to supermarket in a small town - I do not really trust much of anything from those places... Cucumber juice not as a staple - just for something green and fresh from time to time - it is a fruit. Isn't cucumber in yo...
