Re: which juice-extractor to get? (not OJ)
Hello, (For all other fruits than citrus fruits) : My experience with Versapers juice extractor is very good, I bought it in 2010 in Paris, he followed me in three different countries, extracted thousands of liters almost every day since 2010 and 9 years later works always wonderfully, price 320 eur...

Re: Dried fruits and seeds, acne scars
Buggy translation, there is nothing you can do outside that claims to accelerate healing
Just 100% wai and especially version Juice and you are far from 100% Sowen ;( with your current diet hard to digest

Face water retention: 90% of the people you see every day.
More water retention: square jaw, smooth forehead, apparent vein, hollow cheek (depends on genetics), brisk and fresh face, not puffy and loose

Re: Dried fruits and seeds, acne scars
Hey Sowen it looks like you're asking the same question again and again. I'm going to answer MRR's place, there's nothing you can do outside for your skin like ice-sticks or anything else that may slow down healing. The best thing to do and you should try right now: stop eating hard to digest foods ...

Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures
I'm happy for you but why so? I can understand the joy and the urge to experiment to move to 50 grams per day at 250-400 grams days but go to 800-900 grams day? Even if it is raw it does not make too much protein? I am very happy with the intermittent fasting, to be able to eat 500 grams of protein ...

Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures
Like here, doing every day wai warrior, ie start drinking / eating from 6pm - 7pm I can eat as much protein as I wish without any adverse effects to the skin. I would even say intermittent fasting and really a wonder, a blessing Given that I can now eat as much protein (raw, obviously) and only on W...

Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures
It is truly an honor every day to live on your diet and many tips to be fit every day. Warrior diet was for me a very beautiful discovery bringing many benefits I would not want people to limit themselves to a simplified version of the plan and dare to say that your plan does not work after all the ...

Re: Fictors Fasting Adventures
What makes the strength of the regime you created RRM is its authanticity. Find the equation to a problem (acne) that unfortunately affects many people. There is no need to make this diet more acceptable (for everyone), This diet is the optimal perfection for the body Because of the translation, som...

Re: Specific Foods/Dishes on Wai Warrior
It's exactly the same for me, the day my body just wants the juices and the evening from 7pm my body claims protein from egg yolks and fish. A real complaint. When I'm on normal wai I stay at 5 egg yolks which is perfect, when I crave a lot of raw and yellow fish protein I do the Wai Warrior version...

Re: Low percentage of fat / Body fat 6-7-8%
For walking I would say to walk normally, not slowly nor quickly but normally, I measure 1m89 so I have long legs, when I walk in the street I always go faster than the others, although for me it is normal. I was always told that I was walking fast, an automatism I do not realize Yes every day, I am...

Re: RRM: Your work out plan?
Henry Cavill is I think far too muscular, but it is his super hero role that wants this, you will find serious sources that evokes these routines on the internet. But I think it was especially long exhausting sessions like crossfit or cross training with Mark Twight and mostly consuming a lot of foo...
