Re: Hi, another newbie - Introduction & Guidance

Thanks RRM for your counsels. It's been awhile since i visit the forum, and i want to let you guys know the result so far... All this while, I have also experimented with cooked foods... The experience wasnt good and my face isnt as smooth as when observing 100% WAI. Though I now soft-boil my eggs d...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

Hi .. i took a break from the forum.. and experiments with other foods and eventually find many cooked foods such as fries, and even rice.. made my skin not as smooth as when keeping 100% diet. I am not bleeding internally, am I? Internal bleedings come with pain, because blood is very irritating to...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

And I can't afford more oranges. Could buy some bananas though. But something tells me stick with oranges till your face is crystal clear. I think regarding acne it doesnt matter whether it's OJ or banana.. your face already seemed clear.. except for the scarring/marks, which will take sometime to ...

Re: Beginner, can I start the wai warrior??

Hi RRM.. sorry to interrupt. I just read this thread and i found my post moved here... i think you mistook my issue for sowen's. Upon closer inspection, it's not actually bleeding gum, but more like pimples that strangely grow inside mouth area.. (2 spots) Also, another issue is the light pink-ish u...

Re: About muscle and weight gain...

Well.. if you put it like that.. then yes, you're right. 5 bananas i'm having today will have different kcal amount than the 5 bananas i had yesterday simply because they're not the same 'size' / nutrient content. Finding how to do it right, that is the tricky part. Not used to listening what my bod...

Re: lost too much weight need to pack on

I've gained 10lbs in the past week 120lbs to 130lbs :D currently eating 8-10 bananas, 2avacados, 7large eggs, 1700-1800ml of OJ and 135-150ml OO a day. My skin has reacted a bit to this uptake in protein. Hi pete.. are you still around? Sorry for reviving an old thread, but your situation is pretty...

About muscle and weight gain...

Hi.. this might seem like a silly question... but is actually one that i'm curious of...
Does growing muscle (with the same daily calorie intake) means that we're gonna gain weight?
Or we will lose weight, but offset that by looking more sturdier?

Re: Is this feeling/desire/craving ever gonna go away?

The funny thing is that if i would crave something now, it would most likely be something like boiled carrots, broccoli or cauliflower... That is funny indeed, an odd kind.. it's kinda different, but I remember savoring (a bit of) a raw cabbage taste more than before i start on the diet. Or maybe r...

Re: Is this feeling/desire/craving ever gonna go away?

I see... that's good news then. In my current condition, yes I don't really feel like i want to eat those munch food.. but I still consider them to be delicious, thus the 'desire' (not so much a craving anymore)... things like fried rice, sandwich, spaghetti, etc.. Better get used to it then and not...

Re: Hi, another newbie - Introduction & Guidance

Should probably note that there might be other factor... but i dont know yet, since the diet is quite strict that it should be easily distinguishable. While still havent changed to your recommendation, i noticed the symptom gone.. It's probably not because of the OJ sugar thing, quite mysterious......

Re: Hi, another newbie - Introduction & Guidance

Usual diet is around 6-8 banana, 1-2 avocado, 1-2 cucumber, 1-2 tomato. That is a lot of fiber, which may prevent you from ingesting enough energy. Yes this is true, i feel quite excessively full throughout the day.. but i try my best push on with my daily chore food ... just to not lose weight. I ...

Is this feeling/desire/craving ever gonna go away?

Let's get straight to the point, to those that maintain really strict diet for quite some time.. is the desire to eat your previous 'normal' food ever gonna go away? There are many variety of fruits indeed, but availability & economy are a b*tch.. so, im pretty much stuck to avocado, cucumber, tomat...

Re: Hi, another newbie - Introduction & Guidance

I see.. thanks for clearing that up Oscar & RRM... So, to proceed on the update : Things I've noticed so far are : - Suppressed acne growth - Acne still appearing, but the small ones only (no ZITs!) .. and it heals quite easily - No inflammation whatsoever... It seems to only appear when one use pro...

Re: How do you prepare your raw fish?

Hi Maia , thank you for replying. I suppose it is due to my previous experience that made me doubt my smelling ability of fish. Twice i had gone with a fisherman in his small boat catching fish. i believe it was skipjack tuna by method of trolling. Altho it is freshly caught, they do smell fishy (sm...
