Re: non-violent Wai Diet?

There's also a lot of suffering if the fish is caught without a hook, but with a line or a net.
There is no non-violent way to eat meat or fish.
I have my own chickens for the eggs, because the chickens in the industry suffer a lot too. So that could be an idea.

Re: "Naturally" organic Brazil nuts?

Don’t know if anyone else from the Netherlands is still doing Wai and would be interested in unshelled Brazil Nuts, but I found them (at last!!) at an online petshop and they taste very good. (www.nutsforanimals.nl)

Re: Exercise routine for women besides bootybuilding ?

Hi RRM,

Thanks alot! :)
I don't mind waiting for a couple of days as my question isn't that urgent.
My bodyfat even dropped to 10.8, so I really need to start working on gaining.

I will look you up on IG.

Thanks again!

Exercise routine for women besides bootybuilding ?

Hi RRM, I am very familiar with your websites (6*200 and topfitafter50), but they don't answer my questions entirely. As a female, I have low bodyfat (12% measured with 7 point caliper) so I don't need to lose weight / fat. But I do want to work on my body composition. Your exercise routine (the 10 ...

In addition (after some searching) : NTZ isn't registered as a (proven / useful) medicine in the Netherlands.

Re: Parasite : cryptosporidium parvum/hominis pcr - liver issues

I would not hesitate getting Nitazoxanide treatment, as there is an association between chronic inflammation and colon cancer. Thanks RRM, I also read some of that research ánd that immunocompetent persons didn't get treatment. I don't know why I didn't get any until now, but obviously I'm not that...

Parasite : cryptosporidium parvum/hominis pcr - liver issues

Since March this year I'm suffering from big digestive issues and from December last year my liver enzymes are raised. (ASAT, ALAT en LDH). I got my stool tested in April and it turned out I was infected with the cryptosporidium parvum/hominis parasite. Normally, an immune competent person will have...

Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?

So actually, it's even healthy to be skinny? :) I was thinking about the things you said about estrogen and calcium. Yes, estrogen levels are often depressed in female marothon athletes, and yes, estrogen protects you against osteoporosis, but only in the sense that it is protective against an overl...

Thanks RRM for your very chrystal clear answer!!!
I feel like a healthy person too, so I stop worrying right away and start enjoying my health to the max. :)

Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?

But these are safe levels, that can never take individual differences into account. RRM, do you know what the minimum is? I've recently watched some documentaries about eating disorders. I don't think I've got one, but they always talk about the dangers of being thin / skinny. Now I wonder, if skin...

Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?

RRM, I now weigh 50.1 kg. My weight is steady, I consume a lot of food, eat when hungry and don't restrict calories at all. Most of the days I eat up to 3000 kcal, mostly carbs. You said As long as you have spare fat, your weight is not too low. I really like the way I look and other people say I lo...

Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?

Bigger meals come with more fat storage, as glycogen storage and fat storage happens simultaneously. Does fat storage also happen if the food consumed mostly brings sugars and there is also enough space in the glycogen depots? In other words : is there ALWAYS (a bit) fat stored after a meal? if the...

Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?

When walking 20 km a day, you need 550 kcal extra (on top of the 6*200) Thanks RRM, that explains why I was having a hard time on trying just 6*200. I now know even better what to do! :) Do I understand correctly it's best to only consume sugars? Or do I also need to eat some fat? My current fat in...

Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?

Thanks a lot RRM! It's reassuring to know I CAN get rid of this saddlebags on my own (without surgery or things like that) As long as those saddlebags are still there, there is still plenty of fat to get burned. That's exactly what I thought, even with my weight (low BMI, which indeed isn't telling ...

Re: low hydrochloric acid levels

I used to have the same troubles, like everything was causing big bellies and indigestion. After using probiotics (I made my own kefir) and 1 bottle of commercial probiotics (http://unlimitedhealth.nl/health-force-friendly-force-probiotic-30-v-caps.html?sqr=Probiotica&) AND consuming only one type o...
