tjfillion~ Hello. I ordered some Extra Virgin Avocado Oil from an online store that I should be getting beginning of next week. I'll let you know how that goes - perhaps it will be easier to drink than the olive oil for you. I can't sip the olive oil either. It may be just a matter of finding a bett...

It also seems that the shipment would simply go with all of the other packages and mail going to wherever you live, too - so perhaps there would be no more impact than that which would already be done, except going from the mail carrier to your home. I like to buy locally wherever I am able to, as w...

Hmm, that doesn't sound quite right to me about the enamel becoming more clear, but perhaps it is? It doesn't quite make sense to me logically, because our teeth are made of the same basic structure as our bones, and healthy bones are not clear. I actually wanted to start a post about tooth care, so...

Slea ~ Did/do you notice a big difference with your cellulite while on Wai's diet? I noticed only a little change my first time around (for 5-6 weeks) but I may have made mistakes. Not with what foods I ate - unless some of the fish I had at Japanese restaurants were frozen even when they didn't thi...

Except for the salt, I mean - but you can just exclude that or use a very very small amount I suppose.

Sweet! I just took a look at the mayo you referenced, avalon, and it's not a munch food! That's awesome. I'm going to try that in my salad soon :D
Thanks!

Haha, I was just coming on to post my own Waldorf Salad! A lot of coincidences like that lately. But the one I created is not a munch-food so I'll just post my own variation that works even with the Sample Diet: "Waidorf" Salad ;) 1 Granny Smith Apple (or whatever kind you favor) 1/2 Cup Red Gr...

You're welcome:) I read a review of the "Citrus Trumpet" that said that it works very poorly and it's quite difficult to get even a few drops out of it, so you may not want to bother with that one. Just fyi :)

Yes, I would agree that a health food store would be the best if not only place (plus the internet) to purchase raw honey. Another place to buy truly raw honey online is http://www.reallyrawhoney.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc - they ship for free in the US.

Haha, my two biggest temptations: Upper Crust Pizza, and Taqueria Vallarta! Sounds like we have a similar type of craving. I love the salty and spicy foods, too, and don't crave sweets at all. The first time I did the Wai diet I broke it after 5-6 weeks with "freshly" cooked cheese with extra cheese...

Hi, Kyle. Here's a link to an article about "Phytoestrogens & Male Health" from the Soy Online Service. It has quite a few studies mentioned in there about the effect of phytoestrogens from soy and other sources on men's health. http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/04malehealth.htm Hope that helps:) ~A...

Hi, Ben. Welcome to the forum :D Green tea is unfortunately a no-go because there is some dirty protein. Here is a link with Wai answering about coffee/tea... http://www.acneboard.com/AcneQandA/Forum1/000086.html I believe that the caffeine may also have an affect on the water level in the skin, whi...

Yeah, I wasn't positive about it either, so I didn't buy them - only the EV Avocado Oil and Olives, but I just wanted to mention how they advertised it in case anybody else might want to give it a shot. For the Brazil nuts it doesn't mention anything about being hand shelled, but for the cashews it ...

I ordered a bottle of the EV Avocado Oil today, along with some sundried, plain olives (no salt, spices, etc. at all) from www.rawguru.com. They seem to have quite a few items that would be good for at least maintaining Wai's diet - like EV macadamia nut oil, and TRULY raw cashews and brazil nuts (s...
