Re: Free Weightloss Program
My diet is quite extreme: just OJ, raw salmon, and occasionally raw meat, raw egg yolks, mango juice, banana juice. Also, i fast until about 16.00 Why are you reluctant of pufas? Energy items are not contra to my focus. Actually, i prefer high nutrient density foods, as they make digestion easier. ...

Re: Deuterium depletion
No, I keep an open mind because knowledge evolves, at least in the world that I observe and participate in. They do back up their claims but within their context, my question is whether their claims hold up in a broader context. Truth is, I have never seen the world the way it is now - where every d...

Re: Deuterium depletion
Sorry RRM - just been very busy with work travel... I was not able to find a specific study to prove this. The Center for Deuterium Depletion speaks about it as if it’s just commonly known. They say that most fats and plant leafs are dd and that fruits, roots and starches (sugars) are highest in D. ...

Re: Deuterium depletion
Sorry, no It isn’t my “claim”, it is the claim of the researchers I linked to in my original post. As such, I have no reason or desire to defend it. I happened to hear about it on a couple of podcasts and as i said in my op, they made a compelling case. I was just wanting to bring the topic here, ho...

Deuterium depletion
RRM, I have come across some persuasive and unsettling research on deuterium (heavy water). It seems that it is highest in fruit and lowest in fat. It also seems to be connected to so many dysfunctions (mitochondrial based). The heavy hydrogen slows energy production... I wondered if you’ve looked i...

Re: 6*200 versus WW : what's best?
I would love your comments on this. I think it supports what you write but difficult for me to interpret. Also, considering their findings, what are your recommendations to maximize fat-store mobilization and turnover? https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/proceedings-of-the-nutrition-society/arti...

Re: Wai Diet
Hi RRM,
Are you still fasting till 1600? If so, are you only on water or do you include juice? How long is your eating window?

Wai Diet
I enjoy playing around with my diet and am no stranger to testing the extremes; so I’m curious, if you don’t mind sharing: Is your diet extreme out of necessity or convenience? When you fast till 16:00, (I assume for autophagy benefits?) do you notice or have concerns that your metabolism/thyroid wi...

Wai Diet
My concern with Pufas is that they so easily oxidize, and (i believe) as a result are responsible or play a role in most chronic disease. I am referring mostly to their form as seed and vegetable oils.
