I don't get why de vegetable are so tasty with animal or pure oil food. Is it to eat vegetable after that and create good condition to eat fruits after ?

In my case, I can't digest vegetable without animal or oily food before.

little inshell nuts, where are you ?

At the mourning bruxelles market I saw huge hazel nuts (2 to 3 time bigger). It seem to me not appetizing and also this particularly huge one, like for industry, coming from France surely are irradiated (or ionized wat ever).

Hey, For Belgium, there were those winter gift package with with inshell almond, hazelnuts, pecan, macademian, wallnuts and brazil nuts at Colruit, but now it's over. For raw shelled brazil nuts, keimling offer them. they are not the only one in the world to offer it, so it is like the "new" stuff. ...

Hi felow europeans, It becomme difficult to find raw nuts on (super)market, surelly the end of winter. I'm runing out of hazelnuts, so if you know how to get them deliver unshelled please tell it to Europe here ! If you know a producer that's even better. For my part, I have found raw shelled Brazil...

Hi jfk, Very accurate ! Thank you for both articles. I tend to eat nonacidic fruits at the exception of citrus (special, I heard) to conteract the sweating I get with orangejuice. I have seen this info meany time: the meat industry is responsible of 30% of the global warming and transport (car, truk and so on) 12 %.

My interpretation is obvious over the best act man can do before demanding breaktrought in the clean production of electricity.
