Just an update, Still eating once a day, and doing great. It has become second nature now. I get up go all day and then eat from 6pm-9pm. No energy problems at all, sometimes I get a little hungry but thats normal. The one thing that I was worried about was losing muscle, but to my suprise I feel li...

RRM thank you so much for responding to my post I take everything that you tell me very seriously. You mentioned in the post that this way of eating makes it easy to gain fat and / or loose muscle weight. Qustiong: If I workout 4 times a wk for about 45 minutes a day really intensely right before th...

Couple of tips If you feel like being a real pain in the ass, tell the produce worker that all the avocados in the basket are over ripe or that none of them are good and see if they will stock up the shelf. Then you can choose from a bunch and pick the best ones. I have a store that is 1 second from...

Did you notice any loss of muscle mass/a big drop in weight? None that I can see right now. I still workout, and my protein intake is actually a little higher than it was before. I've read RRM and Wai's material enough to understand the fact that when energy is not avalible through food, the body u...

If I go more than two-three hours without carbs I get very grouchy As did I. It was a never ending struggle. I would drink some OJ with oil and sugar, then get the shakes. I kept trying to drink small sips every 20 minutes or so, but it just got bad. My eyes would get bloodshot, and I could just fe...

I kind of screwed up my food log. I usually don't eat anything until the nightime. If I have to... some cantaloupe, or shelled brazil nuts or sometimes walnuts (easier to find). But if I don't eat the nuts during the day, I eat them about an hour after the eggs to get the nutrients. 4 avocados 8 who...

For (hypoglycemic) me: Wai Diet+The Warrior Diet
Well, I really enjoy mixing my diet up and seeing what happens. How I feel, and what makes me perform the most efficiently. I know now that raw food is the best and truly live by the wai principles, but I was really interested in the warrior diet after reading a little about it. The reason I started...

Age and Acne
While this diet does an amazing job at clearing acne in most people, I was just wondering if it postpones the phase of growing out of acne. Now that I have been on the diet for a long time it seems that I am supersenstive to salt, to much protein, and combining fiber with protein. Will this be the c...

Usually when I get really hungry my blood sugar is getting low. What I found to work the best at minimizing any real hunger during the day and night was incorporating alot of coconut oil into my diet. Could try eating a tablespoon or two three times a day and see if that helps with your hunger. Its ...

Avalon, I understand why you are giving me a hard time about my post. Every time you post something it is always perceived as not scientific enough, or not explained well enough. You must truly feel that RRM and Oscar are against you and out to give you a hard time just because you're a free thinker...

RRM, I have been on the Sample diet for about 8 months now with great success. I thank god, every night that I ran into your work because it is truly groundbreaking. Now over the past 4 months I have been adding a significant amount of sugar to my OJ and OO mix and A/T/C salads to try and sculp my b...

I've been strict Wai for about 9 Months, and it saved my life. I never post any questions or concerns because everything I ever want to is answered already. But one article that I read the other day, kind of made me wonder if it was going to affect me down the road. Just wondering what others though...
