i'm so sorry to hear both you and havas have suffered so much from bowel diseases :( that is so tough! i think the wai diet is an excellent step towards healing (i'm following the diet for the same purpose). i hope you get to feeling good really soon!

keep up the good work! i didn't have bad skin (i'm doing wai for health), but when doing the sample diet i initially had worse skin then a week later it was much better. hopefully the same works for you! i hope you stay motivated and see this through :)

I couldn't find info on human infections of Margaritifera margaritifera, but humans apparently aren't susceptible to Myxobolus cerebralis. well i ended up getting sick to my stomach so not much of it stayed down - probably too fatty. but i am still curious of whether any one else eats steelhead trout (the pink kind).
