if your not worried about acne then munch food away. if you are worried about acne, then being on anything but 100% wai diet will cause break outs, more severely then if you were not on the wai diet at all. Don't cook it in the oven. Don't put any kind of sodium on it. Did you read waisays or anything about the Wai Diet?
