Can I change this? It seems whenever I eat organic peaches, cherries and apples I get a sore throat and my lips swell (it is worse with cherries). I have found the avocado-cucumber-tomatato salad (i have with red onion and lettuce also) with lots of olive oil, VERY satisfying...in fact I could eat it all day forever.
