I've also noticed dry hands sometimes...and I put (maybe a lot of?) coconut oil on my hands as well as my face. I'll have to give walnut oil a try. especially since, on this diet, I only need to bathe/shower once or twice a week (I know, so many people are going, 'oh, gross!') Not at all curlygirl! ...

I would like to know how to check for parasites. I don't eat salmon because I don't like it. But I like tuna (no problems) and Mackerel. Apparently mackerel can carry this worm. I buy fresh mackerel at the market and although I'm not sure, I belive it hasn't been frozen as it is most lickely intende...

Yeah Carrington is one branch and Mc Donough (I think) is the other but I don't know what distinguishes the two... One is more "agressive" than the other. Maybe then according to your discription of Carrington Mc. Donough is the "agressive" one. I guess taking the student earlier into more sophistic...

It wasn't clear if you eat the whole egg or just the yolks now.
You only need the yolks but maybe Oscar is right that you have to start building up again. Do you eat your eggs all in one sitting?

Hi Sher, Saw that you are also from Ohio and a musician...I was born there but live in the Netherlands now, and am a cellist and cello teacher. My thoughts on your situation would be to get very well established on the the Wai sample diet. Like really 100% for say 6 months and then go off the pill a...

People so far are B or O interesting!

I've also read D'adamos' book. Seemed to make sense when I read it, so I tried for sometime but it didn't really make me feel that much better so eventually I stoped doing it.

Grew up there, then went back to the US for a Bachelors in music (I'm a cellist). Then I continued my studies in Germany and fi...
