my vote...

Hi Gavriel, It's fun having these polls! Up until now (as you know) I've been on the diet with "minor" compromises, in my case a piece of 85% dark chocolate, and Olives from time to time and a drop (one) of soy sauce and a dash of Wasabi in the olive oil that I eat my fish with. Since this cold I ca...

wikipedia...Reshaping WaiSays.com

Hi RRM,
I noticed the navigation bars are up and working. Great!
Only thing is that I think they are too close to the google search box and should be higher. While looking up something with google the navigation menu pulls out and that's not so good.

Why remain inactive?

I'm not sure if Wai specifies resons, but it's important to remain inactive because the body is busy digesting the protein. It requires much more of its energy than to digest sugars or fats, therefore needing the rest. By rest I don't think she means sleeping (although one could), just not going for...

zzzzzz...Thanks...zzzzzzzz...RRM...zzzzzzzz........ Sleep! Got it! I've also heard of a study (a different one) stating the importance of when you sleep. So for instance if you get to sleep before midnight your sleep is of much better quality than if you go to bed after midnight. One of the reasons ...

Re: Eating Program Question

Welcome Adonis!

Check out in "positive differences". Topic: "my experience(s)". In my last post there, I mention what I eat on a typical day.
Also if you check out "diet sugestions" on the Wai-site there ideas for what to eat during the day.
Good luck!

cold...now what?

I came down with a full blown cold 3 weeks into the diet,so just rested and waited it out. I attributed it to detox since it was so early on. Since then I havn't felt any cold symptoms until today. Now, it could very well be just lack of sleep because of the New Year. :D Is there anything else I can...

Re: prevention of additional fat

Hi Kyle, I tried to lose weight many times since my late teens never really succeeding...Finally I gave up, just accepted how I was (1,63M and fluctuating between 58 and 61kg). After being on the Wai diet for 2,5 months I only weighed 53,5kg. I just did the diet, nothing more nothing less. Now (afte...

Re: getting full

I agree with Brian. I used to stop eating when I felt full as a reaction to a physical feeling of pressure in the belly...or against the (tight)pants! Now I never get this heavy full feeling but rather a satisfied feeling from the inside like my body's saying "yep, have enough (nutrients)to work on ...

Re: Need good olive oil

Hi Jerry,
Don't know where you live but I would check the health food stores. They have more choices and good quality extra virgin cold pressed olive oils.
I live in the Netherlands and find the Akwarius/Demeter olive oil the best and best tasting.it's quite "soft" and I like it pure so...

Re: teeth

Hi Spring, For me this diet is very much on the sweet side just by itsef. My typical morning fruit salad consists of a mushed banana(with fork),a pear and or apple. Add to that olive oil and one or 2 egg yolks. The fruits are really ripe and there is no need to add any honey or sugar. It's something...

Re: itchy skin

I also notice that my skin is itchier in winter than in summer. Not anything near the intensity you seem to be experiencing but still...Could be the cold but could also be the heating. It's hot/dry inside and cold/dry or cold/humid outside (depending on where you live!). Also there is a bigger tempe...

Re: Fasting

Hi Maleko, I used to fast for 10 days once a year on the lemon juice-maple syrup fast(sound familiar?). This was when I was eating cooked foods and felt I needed cleansing. Now I don't feel any need for this as I am putting into my body all and only all it needs-no toxins(or almost none). RRM and Wa...

Thanks RRM! It all makes sense. The longer one eats this way the more sensitive the body becomes, the more precise one feels like getting about combinations... In the mean time I was able to access the web page with the fruit combinations. The combinations you just mentioned are slightly different a...
