Re: Back on Wai- I'm going to keep a photo diary!

Hi all So I've had an up and down few days. Though I have largely stuck to Wai, I've had a couple of drinks (3 vodka and tonics to be precise across two evenings), and I've had some late nights which were unavoidable. My mum tried to feed me coffee and cake the other day, but I just didn't want it- ...

PS. Goldrandy- join me in the pictures! I think it would be great to see how Wai changes all skin types, young, old, black, white, male, female....Let's start a trend!

Re: Back on Wai- I'm going to keep a photo diary!

Hi all Just wondering what your face washing regimen is? It it only low mineral water? If you could lease explain, that'd be great. I'm not exactly a great ambassador for Wai in that regard. Mainly because, I can't bear to go out without makeup on, plus the place I work is quite ...make-up-y....

Re: Back on Wai- I'm going to keep a photo diary!

PS. Just comparing the two pictures, I can actually see a difference. Or am I imagining it?

Re: Back on Wai- I'm going to keep a photo diary!

Feeling better already :-) Since Monday I have eaten nothing but fruit, olive oil, some walnut oil, tomato/cucumber salad, avocado and egg/yolk in OJ. Oh except in the pub, I ordered a small bowl of chips with a side salad. The chips came without salt and even though there were only about ten of the...

Re: Back on Wai- I'm going to keep a photo diary!

So today was a good day :-) Fruit and oil all day, yummy tomato and cucumber for lunch, nice brazil nuts and dates to snack on, and tomato and cucumber with avocado for dinner. The best part is, if you don't START eating bad stuff early on in the day, it is easier not to have it at all. I had 3 open...

Back on Wai- I'm going to keep a photo diary!

Hi guys So it's been a while- over a year I think- since I first learned all about Wai. Despite being fully aware of the benefits of being on Wai, I keep running back to the easy joys of coffee and biscuits, cake and chocolate and other 'healthy' stuff like breakfast cereals, soups, and rice. (You g...

video: Talk by NYTimes food writer about meat/dairy etc

"In this fiery and funny talk, New York Times food writer Mark Bittman weighs in on what's wrong with the way we eat now (too much meat, too few plants; too much fast food, too little home cooking), and why it's putting the entire planet at risk." This is worth a watch- he even has a go at the food ...

Sufficient nutrients in fruits? (The Guardian article)

"The one thing that is in nobody's interest to say is this: fruit just doesn't provide that much nutrition in the first place." I don't agree with some of what this article is saying but interesting stuff about supermarkets taking advantage of the consumers' panic buying of fruits pushing prices up....

...what do you think the best way to keep your energy levels up and socialise in a club or bar are? Thing is, alot of bars/clubs search bags before entering the premises therefore taking OJ+OO inside can not be possible. Yeah I don't know. I haven't yet managed to find a small plastic bottle that w...

letting off steam!

Yeah, I don't think anyone can solve this one....it's no biggie but kind of annoying. I'm sure some of you have experienced similar... So I work at this school in Thailand for like one more week and the teachers are going crazy saying goodbye to me and stuff. Food is a MASSIVE part of culture here, ...

Some before and after shots!

I really hope this works- I'm a technoretard! Ok, so I want to post some pictures here which I think show results, and although I may just be imagining it, I've had friends comment as well. I've basically been eating more or less Wai's way for a month- but not 100%- I eat fruit and oil all day durin...
