Aajonous believes that bacteria and parasites are a good thing. He even eats high meat which basically is rotten meat. I wouldn't be surprised if he ate a bunch of worms by themselves. :o Important to say that he's an amazing human being, venturing into unspoken fields. It makes sense that worms eat...

hemorrhoids

A couple of years back I developed a mild case of hemorrhoids after having been constipated for 5 days  They still flair up once in a while and being on the Wai diet for 6 months hasn't helped get rid of it. I got this herbal tincture called Butcher's broom which is some brush from the mediter...

I've heard that, too. But then you hear sth like this: a french woman died at the age of 123 and stated earlier that her secret is olive oil which she poures on all her food and uses on her face and body. She lived in a town that produced high quality oo.

wow, Emilie, I cannot believe you are having such intense acne although on a pretty healthy diet, before. I hope it'll clear up soon. And your diet seems really good now. You could try eating only one fruit with oo at a time and see.

hi Angel
could you write down what you would eat in a day during those last few weeks? exact amounts and how often. I'm sure, that'll make it easier once Oscar or RRM check in. I will try to give you some feedback, too.
Stay strong. :)

Hi Biev I hope you feel ok during this separation time and find someone much better for you whenever you're ready. I am so happy that I have a raw food husband. It makes it way easier! Look for one of those. But not one of those vegans. They can be a pain, because they really judge the fish, ...

I learned sth that might nix my great idea. The test strips cost $1 per strip and you need one for each test. To get a good idea of what's going on I would need to use 10 strips or more per day. Too expensive. Imagining that they are reusable, I bought the $40 mini measuring devise and counted on an...

measuring blood sugar to gage right intake

I just bought a tiny blood sugar measuring device. Since I don't want to wait until I interpret my bodies messages right, I bought this to keep track of my blood sugar throughout the day for a week or so and figure out how often and how much to eat in order to maintain the right blood sugar level. T...

I agree with Oscar. Everybody needs to try different ways to see what works for them. Of course you need to stick with sth for a while to really learn about it. I don't know if this helps but I've done 1 year raw low carb and I'v done 6 months Wai now. My experience is that the pros of the Wai diet ...

I would think that the chemicals reached the almond. What difference would the procedure make, otherwise. There was a big protest against this law, coming into action. They did it because some people got salmonella which could supposedly be traced back to almonds. It's the same strand of thinking as...

Hi John Do you have any other conditions like diabetes, herpes simplex, thyroid condition, etc.. Those can lead to palsy. The higher the blood sugar, the worse. I bet Mercola would put you on a super low sugar diet, which he promotes anyway and feed you a bunch of supplements :x no fun. I guess neve...
