I would try cutting down on the cooked starches you're eating--the bread and potatoes. For some people, the starches really make the weight stay on... when I first cut out all grains and cooked starches, I lost weight amazingly fast and easily. Oh, and I had one more question: is there any difference between two one-hour walks, and one two-hour walk? If the total time is the same, does it matter if the walking is split up into different sessions?

Hi again, here's an update... I haven't done any intense cardio for about a week now, and I've been walking a lot every day (averaging about 2 hours a day). And already, my legs are slimming down and I'm definitely losing fat! My legs are looking really great, if I do say so myself :) I really wish ...
