Re: What B12 supplement is most "Wai"?
I'd recommend raw salmon or egg yolks, and less worrying ;) Hehe, I already eat both salmon and egg yolks, but ireversible nerve damage is one of the few things I find worth worrying about ;) How much animal food did you consume on a daily basis this past year? I eat 6 egg yolks (the yolks in Norwa...

What B12 supplement is most "Wai"?
Hi guys! I just got back my once-a-year blood test results, and B12 are a little lower than last year (and it was in the lower area of the reccomended value the last time), so my doctor strongly reccomends me to use a supplement. If it was any other vitamin, I would probably give it another year, tr...

Re: Propylene glycol?
Long time no see indeed! :) I am very bussy these days, both with work, school and other things. I am not so worried about the scalp itself, I never get acne there, but more about skin in my face and on my shoulders and back coming in contact with the proylene glycol when showering. Anyays, I examin...

Propylene glycol?
I just discovered a new hair styling product that really works great for me. My only concern is that the paste contains propylene glycol, a humectant (aka a water retaining/hydrophilic molecule). If I use this in my hair, will the propylene glycol be absorbed by the skin when washing the paste out, ...

I eat ground beef all the time. I have a hand-powered grinder and use only organic beef. It tastes heavenly with avocado, olive oil or a raw egg youlk. Or just plain. Mmmm...

Personally I love to have 1-3 glasses of wine in the weekends. If I drink no more than 3 glass, drinks water throughout the night, get to eat a meal before I go to bed and get at least 6 hours of sleep, I experience no adverse effects what so ever, not regarding acne, not regarding anything, really ...

I recently bought a new juicer! It is originally intended for whaetgrass (I don not drink wheatgrass juice any more. After starting the Wai diet, it makes me nauseous and feeling really ill for 1-2 hours after I drink it), but it works great for all kind of fruits and vegetables as well! I use it to...

My doctors probably thinks my levels are dropping, and wanted me to take action before the actually gets too low. He can only think that if you had a previous test showing higher levels. Now he really doesnt know, because your levels may previously have been lower. Nobody knows. Yeah, but I imagine...

My levels are within what is considered "normal", but in the very lower end of the scale. Thats still perfectly normal. My doctors probably thinks my levels are dropping, and wanted me to take action before the actually gets too low. We will see after the next test (in a year or so) if the levels a...

Afaik vinegar (from the french vin-aigre, meaning 'sour wine') is made by oxidation of alcohol/ethanol/wine with bacteria. I think the term 'raw' should be interpreted as 'pure' in this case, so without additives. For instance balsamic vinegar isn't raw/pure. The vinegar I use is actually "raw". It...
