The water with sugar and oil with liquid amino acids with a few apples takes the cake though.
Wow.

Re: Sleep habits

I have read that whole blog and I'm totally fascinated by it.
I'm thinking about actually doing it.

Re: The crisis; sugary flavour in mouth, grumblin belly, can
Nick has similar problems, and he has candida as well, so my guess is that you both need a low-sugar version of the diet that is low in fiber as well. As you are eating lots of whole fruits, your diet contains lots of fiber, causing the gasses. Does he have Candida because they have examined a spit...

If I do gastroscopy (I did it 3 times) they always find Helicobacter on my gastric mucosa (by means of a biopsy), but if I do Breath Test for Halicobacter Pylori, they find nothing. The same with stool test: nothing special. I take it the natural balance has been restored, so everything is fine the...

Re: sugar type
such fruits are more starch than sugar-- starches being polysaccharides requiring many bonds to be broken to liberate their sugars. True, but they are also utilized faster because they are easily broken down. Starch is just glucose molecules connected to each other. What kind of reaction do you hav...

How much is your acne protein-susceptible? (how much protein can you eat?) Upwards to 60 grams of salmon. I'll break out after I've eaten passed that mark. Can you try dilluting the OJ with water, but with the same amount of oil / L? Dilute it by how much? I add 2-3 ounces of water with the same am...

I have thrush on my tongue, which is a yeast overgrowth. Also, my tummy has been swollen, ever since I started the diet. My General Practioner said it was because of all the sugars, which doesn't make sense unless there is some sort of candida overgrowth to cause it. However, this could be a die-off...

Homeopathic Medicine & candida
So, in order to appease my mother I went to see a homeopathic who took a sample of my saliva and from that analysed it and told me what was wrong with me. She said I had some bowel inflammation and that I have candida. I wasn't shocked about the candida and it made sense that my bowels were somewhat...

Re: Thinking about quitting
I've been on the sample diet for 3.5 months now. My complexion is so terrible, it is way worse than it was before. I am thinking about quitting, but I love the diet part. It is very easy for me to eat like this, but my face is so red now, I have red spots everywhere. Before I had acne but at least ...

Sinus Issues and Fish
Since I got back from school I have been eating raw tuna and salmon at least 3-4 four times a week and I have noticed that my chronic post nasal drip and sinus issues have disappeared. To say the least, I'm amazed and so relieved! There is no fresh fish at school and I eat yolks everyday, but they a...
