hey oscar. Well, omega 3s are present in fruit in small amounts. so i figure with the absence of oil in my diet my omega 6/3 ratio will be normal.

8/1/1 is the 80% carb/10%protein/10%fat.

SAD to Wai to Hawaiian Raw/Instincto

I have always taken a lot from the wai book and the theories/work that is wai. It has been a success for me transitioning from a rocky road of health and comfort to a feeling of bliss and love for nature. I have come to Hawaii to live in a raw food/permaculture/organic community kind of thing, and i...

i have had dried squid recently. i believe what i am buying is sun dried. All around jeju, i see squid, and other fish, just sitting on racks sun drying. It's so tasty. The only thing i worry about is if there might be preservatives added or not.

Some groups are strictly vegetarian or vegan. But these two groups are open and suggest eating raw meat, fish, eggs. that is why i am interested in them particularly.

Permaculture/raw food community

So, I am finishing my year long contract here in jeju island, and i am debating some travel plans. One of my plans is going to the Big Island of Hawaii and spending 2 months in a work-live exchange with a possibility of becoming a longer resident at a permaculture/raw food community. Does anyone hav...
