No, it is not similar. You could go to: http://worldwithoutcancer.org.uk/
It works on the basis that B17 (Amygdalin) is an inert poison, which is made active by the enzyme beta-glucosidase, which is present in large amounts in cancer cells.

Re: 'vitamin' B17?
BTW. I've been in contact with a guy who, because of his convictions about B17, now has promoted B17 to dozens of cancer patients, and a lot of them are miraculously cured. I'm investigating this further.

Re: Oil and sebum are different?
Sorry for my late reply, but I was gone for a while. Anyway, I don't really know what to contribute except that RRM's 'experiment' is has the same effect on me, and I've known this for a long time (after being on raw though). I can squeeze a light-yellow/off-white (depends on the interpretation I gu...

denaturated protein causes bloating?
EDIT This thread was split off /EDIT My original question was about the documented proof of the water retention theory of denaturalized protein molecules. There are just some things that don't add up to me; also the fact that my skin doesn't look more bloated or puffy when eating cooked, even though...

Re: 'vitamin' B17?
I've been away, hence my late response. I still eat them, yes, but just as precaution. I mean, I don't have cancer. I am hearing from a guy that knows several people that got cured from cancer by eating those pits. I'm trying to get in contact with them. One last thing; somewhere earlier in this dis...

Re: How to limit damage when eating cooked for a while
Oh, and when is the moment I should especially mind that? It takes about a week (or more) for me to get pimples after eating a cooked meal. Do I have to mind the water at the beginning or end of that week? Or both?

How to limit damage when eating cooked for a while
Hi, I'm going to eat cooked for food a while and if possible I would like to limit the damage. I know I have to drink lots of water. How much would that be? I noticed that with cooked food I'm a lot more thirsty, so does that mean I need more than the normal 2 liters a day? Are there any other trick...

Oil and sebum are different?
Hi, I was wondering. The official explanation about cooked food causing acne is because of water retention causing the pores to be pinched off, in turn causing the sebum not to be able to flow out, causing infection. However, over the last few days I've been eating cooked food and I've noticed that ...

Kasper, as you can read in this thread, I eat raw milk cheese without acne problems. I'm not saying what RRM said is not true, I just know what I can handle. on Saturdays, there is a small stand on the market in Groningen which sells raw milk goat's cheese. That cheese is incredibly good, so my advi...

Ah, ok. But you better dont beat it at all. Maybe I should say that I stir it. "stirred, not beaten" :) Fujiyama, Grote Markt 21. Queen's Garden-Zen, Gedempte Zuiderdiep 56. Fuji-tei, Poelestraat 39/41. Hey, I didn't know that :) Do they have special menu's, or do you have to ask the waiters? Is it...

Why not? When I make mayonnaise, I don't do anything to upset the proteins (I don't beat it until it's hard). You can get it like good mayonnaise by stirring quite softly. I did it a lot and it doesn't give me acne. BTW, now I know there are two raw foodies in Groningen :). Do you know any restauran...
