Oh Wintran... :( it's summer already so you should feel good. How about taking a walk in the gardens and be drenched in the aroma of flowers or perhaps walk under the rain in a garden of trees... :D I 'll send a prayer for you to feel better.

Your ankle problem is due to excess pressure from walking with high heels all this while. Did you have bunions while you were on high heels? I find that higher priced insoles are definitely much better in relieving foot problems. They also make walking much, much more comfortable! I am hoping there ...

*chuckles* Chin-Chin... :D You are beginning to be like me (and avalon too, maybe), if I may say so. And that is about being paranoid about parasites. Did this feeling of paranoia began since Brian told you about the parasites in the cod fish? It just strikes me as odd because before that, you've be...

Andyville :D , I strongly believe that every one of us here tries to bring some positivity into all of us. And you are blessedly one of them. As ignorant as a beginner as you are, you were merely extending your advice out to help others since it has helped you. I don't see that as being unrighteous....

Nina, your current diet sounds pretty delicious and 'safe' to some extend to me. I would agree with avalon that you try some raw meat. I bet you are able to get some fresh raw meat since you live in the Mediterraneans? It seems like you've been cultivating a healthy lifestyle since you were young. T...
