hi rischott :D I too experience the same stinging sensation on the tongue. And I too eat my pineapples in one shot (can't help it, it is TOO delicious). I find that when I eat overripened pineapples, there is either little or no stinging sensation on my tongue. I also find that eating a not really r...

Well RRM,

So long that YOU know and believe that the diet is created by Wai and you. Plus, I came to Waisays.com two years ago and not the other website although they both share the same principles. In fact, I didn't know about the other website up until now.

Wow indeed RRM! That is big news. I recently attended a leadership course and while I was there, I shared with my fellow participants about your insights on raw food as well as your undying dedication towards your osteoporosis research. The latter really inspired them to think beyond the impossibili...

Hey Marty :D I have the same problem as you do from shaving my legs no matter which blade I use. But I found a better way to keep my legs smooth without going through the agony of having a coarse and itchy skin: waxing! I use an organic and all-natural water-base wax so it is pretty safe on the skin...

Do you think that soap is required to remove sweat? If the weather is dry and cold, sweat is easily removed with water. But if the weather is hot and humid--really humid--leaving your skin feeling really sticky with dirt sticking to your skin then water itself will not be sufficient. Its only a lit...

How dangerous is soap exactly? I understand that we do absorb some of the things that we put on our skin. But do they accumulate in our system in a long run? Using no soap is fine during the winter but not in the summer. And especially not after a rigorous workout. I find that what is hard to get of...

The same thing happened to me too. I flew home to my parents' last Thursday and the airport security took away my water bottle, shampoo, foot cream, liquid soap, and even my rose water. :x There has been a tighter security regulation on liquid goods ever since the liquid bomb scare at Heathrow. So j...

Spring, :D It will be difficult to go back if you attempt to do it drastically . In other words, go cooked today, Wai tomorrow = impossible. So rather than taking drastic measures into your diet, why not do it slowly... Try this by slowly eliminating the most harmful cooked food in your current diet...

Oh andyville, :( I'm sorry to see that you're depressed. I cannot say that I know what you are going through but I can only understand. I really do hope that happiness finds you though.

Of course I judge a book by it's cover, that's all there is to it, right?
It depends on which book. If it's Harry Potter, then yeah! Tsk, it took me only 5 seconds to 'finish' the book.

You do judge a book, or rather a person by its cover don't you?

I only use sugar free gums, and as I mentioned before I spit out the juice Is it sweetened with Aspartame? Sorbitol? Xylitol? These are artificial sweeteners and they are 100x more dangerous than sugar. Even if you do spit the juice out, there may be a possibility that you might not be too careful ...
