I found out that the main cause of b12 deficiency is caused by eating meat. it seems we don't need to eat eggs and fish in order to maintain b12 stores and we don't need to secrete and thus waste as much b12(bile) when digesting fruits and mild veggies. both meat eaters and vegans have so called low...

thank you RRM! great answers, much of which i am not surprised by. but now i feel some new questions and ideas coming to a boil. i'm going to map out a few different methods and routines i would liek to experiment with this week and i'll report back in a week or so.

oh, i did look up how much fish was needed. i was right about 400-500 grams. which is roughly 1 pound. with 4L of juice that gives you about 2500 kcal, that's why i said "enough calories" at the beginning of the longer post. sorry i should have been more clear that i was just making a "public" guess...

weed has antioxidant and metabolism boosting qualities.
