Seconding what Oscar said, plaque contains a lot of bacteria. In all seriousness :mrgreen: I want to eat them because they contain high amounts of norepinephrine and dopamine, so basically for the psychological effects. However, I guess due to the pesticides and the bitterness, I could go without it.

makeup causing acne

before and after wai, my skin has been pretty clear because i stopped regularly wearing makeup a yr ago. however lately i like to wear occasional makeup for a more polished, luminous look esp. at night. i notice after a couple days i start developing acne even tho i thoroughly wash my face at night....
