I have noticed after only washing with water that the scent on my skin is much less noticeable. Though, without having used soap, I sometimes have the feeling of not being entirely clean; I am guessing this feeling is only psychological. I do still wear a "natural ingredient" deodorant most days: th...

Re: Walking
So, in other words, I may need to walk for longer or shorter periods of time, or not at all, depending on how much I have had (or not had) to eat that day; is that what you are saying?
Walking is [sometimes] not necessary, then?RRM wrote:Its not a must, but an extra.

In the past, I have used hydrogen peroxide to rinse, and I also have brushed with baking soda and water. Both methods yielded somewhat good, although limited, results. Both methods decreased the staining, and lightened my teeth a few shades whiter. But, neither method whitens to anywhere even approa...

So, you are saying that I will have a strong scent due to my yolk consumption, regardless of the amount of yolks I consume, because of the yolks' having a sulphur content. I would think that fewer yolks would mean a reduction in scent, because of the reduction in sulphur. I admit, I am concerned abo...

That makes sense about the deodorant ingredients inhibiting the detoxification. I would have never even thought of that. I could forget the deodorant and substitute with washing and maybe some baby powder, because I cannot stand sweating. I think I will also restrict my yolk consumption to 2 per day...

Okay. Now let me ask you this: I have noticed that I have somewhat of a strong scent to my sweat and skin now that I am consuming more yolk and fish. When I was primarily raw vegetarian, I had almost no scent whatsoever. So, I assume this has something to do with my animal protein consumption. As I ...

Oh, my...! Where did he get alligator meat? You know, I still have yet to try any other raw meat. Eating the chicken did not work out for me the other day, as I ended up doing something else for dinner at the last minute. I did not "feel" like chicken after that day, and so I am just waiting until I...

Well, I like to take my yolks with a little sugar. I use about 1/2 tsp. of sugar for each yolk; although you could probably get by with less than that. It sort of reminds me of cookie batter, yolk and sugar. It would be easiest if you started very slowly with the yolks, 1 tbsp at a time, once a day-...

About Restricting Protein Consumption
I understand this diet to be one of low protein, and I read somewhere in the forum that we only need 18g of clean protein per day. Is this accurate for all of the dieters in general, or only accurate for certain individuals? I believed I had low protein intake on this diet. But, in fact, I do not fe...

Update on my daughter: She is now 36 weeks old, and she has been having, on average, one yolk per day. She loves yolk very much. She always has her yolks plain, but sometimes I have let her have tiny tastes of my yolk, which I take with a little sugar. Of course, I do not want to risk any negative ...

Re: Dads and Moms
... and I've thought that if I were to have I kid without a mom around that I'd want someone to breastfeed for me. Do you mean the mother is not around by choice... or because she is no longer living? If she is no longer alive, I agree with you to get someone to give your baby breastmilk instead of...

Walking
I am wondering now about daily walking: approximately how long should I be walking to ensure I have “emptied my glycogen stores;” is the length of time a function of age/weight/how much food consumed? I usually walk about 60 minutes at a time each day, but some days, I can only walk for 30 minutes a...

Of course there is; just like autism is supposedly [not] caused by vaccination(s). I have heard different arguments about what Alzheimer’s or dementia or Mad Cow Disease is, and I have read both sides’ adamant justifications as to why their particular research party has the authority on the subject....
