What are your thoughts on the harmfulness of plastics in general? I have begun to question the safety of my daughter's toys and other baby products which are made of plastics. In the back of my mind, I am wondering if the toys and products are toxic. All of her eating utensils and teething toys are ...

I vote you give all the drawings to Iris!

She should have them, as she has done a lot of valuable advising to the members here.

Is it true that after eating any animal product, it rots in your intestines, which releases toxins which escapes through sweat, and that is where unpleasant body odors actually come from? So, by reducing or eliminating animal produce from the diet, the should the body odors decrease or cease, indepe...

I have never heard of Ama Ebi, and have actually been looking for the raw version of shrimp. I love shrimp. Thank you for suggesting it; I will find out where it is available here. I am not a fan of clams... although I suppose I should try them raw. I am a fan of tuna, and most of it is very high in...

I appreciate your thoughts on my diet. I am not taking extra supplements--which I used to do until I thought the better of--besides the one multivitamin. I do not want to be too "experimental" in either direction, Wai or semi-veg[g]an. I am actually just listening to what my body/intuition tells me ...

A little over three months in... I have had the opportunity to increase the variety of my fruit consumption. There are more ripe fruit types available now. I am eating: bananas, apples, oranges, mangoes, strawberries, pineapple, cherries, avocados, red bell peppers, tomatoes, blackberries, and raspb...

I think part of it is depression feeling the pain that stops me from being a great piano player, maybe an egg-yolk serotonin boost would be helpful at this time? Or would it be better to just make sure I had my egg yolks the night before? I would suggest you eat some fresh sweet fruit (e.g. banana)...

5. My current diet is largely juice based, primarily consisting of fruit juices and nut milks. I assume this is a good thing, considering that chewing solid foods obviously leads to food getting stuck in between teeth? Citrus juices (i.e. o.j.) are terrible for your teeth, because of the high acidi...

My daughter is now 9 months old, and has grown and developed a lot in a short span of time. She is very social, active, and very strong. She is also extremely happy. She eats one yolk every day. She will also eat about a cup of pureed raw fruit, such as peaches, mango, or pineapple. I feed her in my...
