Re: Why was this thread deleted?

That thread had a lot of good info and it's gone just like that. The way threads are deleted and edited, you might as well set up a personal webpage entitled 'RRM's mailbag' and visitors can send any questions they have to your private email and you can choose which ones to publish.

Re: Why was this thread deleted?

Where is the lengthy thread on fructose:glucose ratio discussed by djkvan and RRM. In it, djkvan talked about how dried fruits are not natural, its fructose contents, etc.

A sip every 15-20mins? By sip, do you mean a tablespoon? If so, a tablespoon every 15 minutes will take about 7 hours to finish a cup. Not good, energy requirements-wise.

Re: Washing face - necessary?

I've never seen anything damage skin worse (no, not even soap, which is horrible too) than hot steamy showers. Hot water only open up the pores faster, as long as you don't use any soap, it should be fine isn't it? You can use a towel, for example. And, of course, you need to put fat on your skin a...

Yes, in many countries there are given to sick people, as a medicine, to gain power quickly. You mean hospitals actually give raw egg yol...
