Re: which juicer/extractor to get?!!
Hey RRM You have the Hurom Slow juicer don't you? I just used mine for the second day and decided to try and send the pulp extraction through the juicer a second time cos it looked a little moist. I guess I thought there was still juice in there. Bad idea? maybee It seemed to clog the pulp extractor...

Re: The skiers diet
Hey, pontoonrider. How's the juicer working out? :) The juicer is great, but I guess it wont do OJ very well as cutting them apart and stuffing the pieces into the hopper will probably make me very irritable  . Whats the best citrus juicer/press out there? I guess I should get one shipped to ...

Re: The skiers diet
In that case you will definitely need to juice virtually all your fruits and add lots of sugar and some oil to your juices. You will simply need too much energy to waste energy on useless fiber. 10,000 calories is that of a top athlete, so you should consider your diet the same way. It will also be...

The skiers diet
In the morning I drink my Strawberry, pineapple, mango, canteloupe, and OO smoothie. I will eat bananas (not counting) for the rest of the day (with a swig from the OO bottle when handy cos Im not into meticulously measuring my intakes ) then about 7 or 8 yolks tonight. I dont see why my system cant...

So this is a good idea? Im a lazy ass so I would rather yolk 3 or 4 days worth of eggs in one shot than do it every day. Does the sugar help naturally preserve them? Also, I tend to do hut trips in the winter backcountry skiing, Can I put yolks in a plastic bottle to transport or would it have to be...
