storage and life of Pure Rosewater

Does anyone know how to store Pure Floral Rose Water? The one I have has nothing else in it. I am once again amazed and bothered by how little information there is on what I think are basic facts that should be provided. They love to sell you the product but don't provide any info on how to store it...

nice to hear that someone else is finding that it has amazing healing properties. I should have realized it would help if I ever got stuck in the sun and wasn't prepared, I'll have to make sure I put some on right away next time. I'm just wary now of when I put it on as as I've left a trail of cocon...

I will try to experiment with the coconut oil. I have been using it since Jan/97 and it is great. I buy the virgin and the price is reasonable relative to the amount you get but I fnd that I can't put it on my body if I'm going to be getting dressed soon after I put it on or put it on my face before...

I do find though that the coconut oil is too oily to put on before leaving to go out and I did break down and buy something from Lush to put on my face during the day. It does contain a couple of chemicals low on the list of ingredients that I looked up and are not the really super harmful type (I'm...

Congratulations Candela, isn't it funny how we can convince ourselves that others feel a certain way, we forget how much we project onto them. I'm so happy for you and your skin must be loving it! Keep testing things out and experimenting, almost eight months into it I still am and am starting to se...

I would only eat wild Salmon. Here on the West Coast we are well versed in the dangers of farm fish. Yet, why do I let these cranks get to me? I should know better. Must be the painkillers! I stare at the fish under bright light with my reading glasses on and I see nothing. So, I ate it. It is so go...

Today a woman in the fish store (customer but the staff also warn me) wouldn't stop going on about how dangerous it is to eat the raw spring slamon I was buying. All winter and spring I ate Ahi Tuna which cost me a fortune so I'm happy to have the fresh salmon. Can it really be that dangerous? I've ...

true, it has taken me since January but I am at last starting to get the idea..I think! I'm sure the eating disorder has gotten in the way but I now no longer eat fruit after munch food and I think I generally track what I am eating in my mind more so that I don't end up with indigestion. The acne i...

thanks, I got thrown onto a bridge from the sidewalk because of a stunned pedestrian, I guess I'm lucky I wasn't run over as I flew over my handlebars and flipped in the air before landing but right now I'm just feeling tired of being injured (third injury in three years) and I think my ribs are rea...

Bike Accident, alter eating?

I had a bike accident on the weekend and now I have brusies, contusions and cracked (I'm pretty sure) ribs. This means I am stuck on pain killers and IBProfen and my tummy hates all those drugs. I have to make sure I eat before taking them but I have no appetite and I'm going to get sick of bananas ...

Yes, my body is the boss now. I can't eat without thinking about it as I will pay. The only munch food I eat is steamed potatoes or yams or sweet potatoes and sometimes a macaroon or some banana chips (organic with added sugar). My water retention has been around for a long time, nothing new but thi...

Water retention

I'm having the worst time losing weight I gained a few months back when I ate too much fatty munch food after losing too much weight on the strict diet. Even though I am watching what I eat I cannot do anything about the water retention. It really has been bad since I went on Wai and my body seems t...
