non-violent Wai Diet?

Hello, regarding the raw fish part of this diet, it seems that fishing involves using a hook to inflict pain and discomfort on a fish, correct? But are shrimp caught in a non-violent fashion? What raw seafood is obtained in a non-violent fashion and how is it obtained? also, there is no violence in ...

hard to turn bak

It looks like I was 100% wai for 1 month. I moved home with my parents and tried to eat some turnip greens they cooked. My nose is burning and my eyes are in pain. I had to blow my nose several times. My groin itched. I thought I could get away with improper diet, but I guess not. Well, back to 100%...

Re: Terrence Brannon - my experiences

It's interesting how the body immediately starts purifying when it knows you are turning towards a cleansing diet... but unfortunately MY gluttony will continue for 5-7 days as I stockpike my raw materials and by next Monday I should be all systems WAI :)

Re: Terrence Brannon - my experiences

Well what do you know. Humans are chronically dehydrated. I've been consuming all sorts of liquids all day and having one solid cooked vegetarian meal. And I have a gut and I'm sure I'm dehydrated. I've been taking various diet pills, meal replacement smoothies, weight loss solutions and all it ever...

time to treat the body right - dietary metaphysics

I'm happy for the new PDFs created by Oscar. They are quite accurate and to the point. I've spent a lot of time claiming that I am not the body, yet I engage in addictive behavior, putting cooked vegetables and breads and dairies into the body in the name of thrills and sensation. Well, now is the t...

I'm back!!! Swai fish

Hmm, here I am back again. I ate a lot of chocolate, tried raw organic hemp, tried anabolic fasting (lots of powdered greens and a protein complex) and I even did Aajonus Vonderplanitz raw paleo for awhile - eating raw milk, raw eggs, raw chicken, etc. I also did 28 days on orange juice. Now, I'm ba...

Re: Terrence Brannon - my experiences

Thanks for the compliment. Yes, on the Wai I guess I just rationed my food because I never had time to shop for a lot.

I'm still raw paleo, but more raw milk, cheese and raw chicken now.

I actually get raw cacao and add honey or pre-biotic sugar and maca to make chocolate these days.

This me getting my Wai on: http://vimeo.com/26119198

For some reason, after shooting the video, I had a craving for chocolate.

What's the opinion on chocolate in terms of this diet?

3rd time with Wai; 28 day orange juice mono-diet; warrior di

Well, the Wai Diet has always been my best diet. I just finished 28 days of only orange juice. I was constipated the whole time. I had some prune juice and that worked well. I tried raw gourmet for a day, but that really is not for me. So, I just went to my local Whole Foods and got lots of raw fish...

Re: Mannatech to the rescue

What nutrients are in these "Phytoburst chew" pills? They are listed right here - https://www.mannatech.com/MyMannatech/FilePopUp.aspx?ModNumber=1112801 However, they are vegetable-based nutrients, so that is an issue from the Wai standpoint. And can you please stop the Mannatech spamming? (eg your...

Re: Terrence Brannon - my experiences

I just stopped taking Omega-3 supps (good ones by Greens, although I've heard that to find a true Omega-3 supp it can't be processed) a week ago. Mannatech's omega-3 goes through a 2-step molecular distallation process. So they are processed. I only took them for two days or so and when I went to t...

- carrots
- cabbage
- chicken
- eggs
- blue cheese
- bacon bits
- grape tomatoes

The only acceptable item here are the grape tomatoes. The rest I will analyze in terms of nutrients and show how I can get these things in a Wai fashion.
