Sea salt

So, question, if there's natural salt in fruit then wouldn't sea salt be ok?

I know salt isn't allowed but were your tests done with table/iodized salt only? Or did you include sea salt too?

Thanks

Re: Washing

I'm wondering is olive oil likely to make me break out? I know its not recommended because of the vit E and skin shedding but if I'm not worried about that can I use it?
Thanks

Re: Can't eat citrus, banana, how to eat egg yolks?

Actually there are a lot of people that do elimination diets over there but I know each person is different and I can't be sure until I test it on myself.......I did take out bananas and was still breaking out but I did have a couple of non perfect meals, I went out to eat and had a cucumber salad a...

Well, bananas were something I was eating ...

He also says tomatoes shouldn't be eaten except rarely because of solanines. Quote "Concentrated tomato paste contains the most alkaloids. In addition to solanine they also contain the glycoalkaloid tomatine, which has similar toxic effects. Tomatoes are one of the top ten known allergenic foods. Mo...

Fruits too low in vitamins?

Ok, so I'm really confused now.

I was reading on this website and he says that you would have to eat impossible amount of fruit to get the RDA's of vitamins every day.

What's up with this?

Re: Alcohol and acne (wine/vodka/gin)

Ok, so it sounds like white wine would be my safest of the evils to try if I'm drinking.

Is a dry white or a sweet white better for acne? Or no difference?

Re: Pain after watermelon

It was not over ripe, if anything under-ripe, kinda hard. But no matter how it is it always happens right away within like 10 minutes of eating it. Yes, both days I had a banana and then watermelon, both days in the morning, one time it happened next time it didn't. I'm not sure really how long afte...

Re: Pain after watermelon

I love watermelon and its not enough of an issue for me to stop eating it, so I'll experiment with it more, it might have something to do with how ripe it is because the next day I had some and didn't have that problem. And it was similar to the day before, I'd had a banana before and it was in the ...

Re: Pain after watermelon

Well, I had a date and a banana before that this morning.

But no, its not a new thing, its happened many times before when I've eaten watermelon.
I googled the symtoms and it seems to happen to a lot of other people after watermelon too but was just trying to narrow down the reason.
