well the auto-vacuum box was a disaster. I put tuna in it and overnight the fish excreted a pool of juice and it smelled rancid

its on sale for $40 but i cant find any info that it works for meats. the demonstrations all say "fruits, vegetables, breads & More!"

i can't find a dehydrator anywhere but was offered an 'auto-vacuum fresh food box'. will this work for fish?

only thing new is raw tuna; in the past i'd have it as sushi very rarely. also been consuming considerably large amounts (to the normal person) of olive oil. i dump it on everything

oh its not that bad, i bought the whole tuna here in the philippines for $4.50. in the USA it would be like $100+

do i have to freeze it? i don't appreciate the watery taste as much when its been frozen. if i were to eat the whole lot within 72 hours of it being pulled out of the water it should still be fresh even though it was just in the fridge the whole time right? 96 hours?

So to get fresh fish I have to buy an entire whole tuna. I don't want to eat the whole thing in a day as to over-do protein levels. Can I eat the rest tommarow and the next day? How should I store it? Currently I have it in tupperware in the fridge. How long would it stay good for without freezing? ...

Well I just had my first 100% wai meal in a few weeks, I had been eating soy sauce at every fish meal and now feel totally different. Today I had ikara for the first time and it tasted kind of salty. is that ok?
