grain-fed vs grass-fed sight difference?

Here in the philippines most local beef is grass-fed, but when you ask the vendor they don't know.

is there a way to tell healthy beef from unhealthy beef? I know grain-fed beef has a lot of marbling, is there any other indicators?

low HDL & high eosinophils

I just got my blood test back and it turns out i'm low in HDL cholesterol 0.72 mmo1/L (recommended range: 0.9 - 1.55), and my eosinophils are through the roof at 18% of my blood (recommended: 0-3%). What does it all mean? What should I do?
