Thomas what kind of foods did you eat while on the Plaeo diet? i mean my skin has got a little better but im still breaking out a little. i'm kind of doing the WAI diet(fruit/fat) in the morning and more of a Paleo diet in the afternooon evening (meat/ veggie based). WORKING OUT IS UNNATURAL SINCE THE ONLY TIME YOU WOULD NEED GET YOUR HEARTRATE UP SO HIGH IS IF YOU WERE BEING CHASED BY A WILD BORE. WALK DON'T RUN IT IS AS NATURAL AND PURE AS EATING ACCORDING TO WAI SAYS.
and sitting infront of a computer is natural? what is natural anymore?

Ok i been on this diet now for a few days (traditional Paleo Diet) i completeley changed from a high fat / carb diet to this which is very low in sugar, decent amount of fats, lots of raw veggies and lean meat (cooked meat) and my skin is becoming better already and i tried the wai diet for 5 weeks....

I will try thetraditional Paleo diet. I want lean cooked meat and veggies. The wai diet is simply to hard to keep your blood sugar stable.

yeah i think i like this diet better, you get good lean protein, veggies; this diet is much easier you dont need all that sugar or fat. THis diet will be easier to maintain blood sugar levels and its good for getting lean and musclar.

Okay thank you Sometimes i do drink 32 ounces of OJ in 1 hour time; but that is during working out and the OJ with with usually 5 TableSpoons of Olive Oil Is this to much OJ to fast? What if i just slowly sip on the OJ throughout the day. The OJ deffinitly makes things easy when im at school and work

Ok i will continue with the diet because im hoping it will help eventually... 32 Oz. Orange With with Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Banana with extra virgin coconut oil almonds (not shelled by hand by they are raw) usually around 7 eggs yolks, maybe more or less some dried fruit apples pineapple fish oil...

5 Weeks; things look worse

NOTE: fredb later admits he never was on the 100% strict diet, also consuming pumpkin seeds and cacao. RRM this diet is failing for me.... even my parents told me to stop this diet.... my skin is more red and its getting worse! my skin actually wasnt to bad but bad enough to change my diet and thin...

good genes, works hard, eats good.... i thought when he was training for fight club he did one year of high protein, low carb diet, 4 meals a day... did weight traing 4x / week, high reps... that source could be false though, im not sure....
