They smell a bit of alcohol so they sit in the shower. (That's of course where I keep any alcohol smelling beings.) I have...

Update: I headed home instead of going north. I chose house-and-cat-sitting over cow- and goat-milking for the summer. So the milk-alert is over. Thanks for your back-up and readiness, I'll return the same support any time. 8)

Honey is my new love ;D
There is an online raw food shop that sells raw honey by the half kilo, 500g, both solid and running honey.

That sounds great Oscar! 7 km will be a lovely run for you. Listen to your feet. Sometimes stopping and starting over can be helpful, too, if you slip into you old style of running. It's a lot like training horses. Training yourself 8)

A back would probably feel unstrained if that was how you felt when you went to bed (hammock). Breathing is easy in the hammock, you're held like in someones arms, like a child. Very snug! I typically would sleep on my side or back in the hammock, on the diagonal, that's where the hammock is long en...

Two adults and two-three children fit in if you buy the family size hammock. My single person hammock could hold two - very close, cozy co-sleeping. 8)

The Mexican ones I have had are special in that the strings are not tied to each other, they run free all the way criss-crossing and therefore shape snugly around you. A bit hard to explain, go look for yourself 8)

Thank you panacea! Very interesting. Perhaps pin-hole glasses is better for getting cross-eyed eyes straight than curing long-/short-sightedness.

I sleep with a pillow under my neck and most of the time another pillow under my hip/pelvis, but then again sometimes I wake up holding that pillow in my arms. In my experience, a hammock is the most comfortable place to sleep.
