On the subject of honey: I've noticed many different kinds of honey. Some light color, others darker, and some are more 'liquidy' than others. Does it matter at all? Some jars cost $10 while others cost $50 for the same amount. Any suggestions on how to buy honey? p.s. At the moment I am in Korea, s...

I found these site when researching raw fish, and I feel like I have found enlightenment. Never had acne before, I just wanted to change my lifestyle. The American diet/mind-state is utterly disgusting now that I look back at it. The Wai diet offers not just acne treatment, but an understanding of o...

The white cloud sat at the bottom of the bottle at room temperature......Not sure if it was 'part' of the olive oil, or something added for decoration.

Marijuana

I started changing the way I ate and think about foods about a year ago. I went through phases of adding new things (soy, fiber, greens) and thankfully losing others (cooked meat, processed foods, fast foods, hot dogs). But today, I try to follow the Wai diet as best as I can, each day I become clos...

Olive Oil from Tunisia

Hello all, I am currently in South Korea. I went to pick up some more olive oil at the supermarket (a French owned store throughout Korea) and I noticed this olive oil from Tunisia. It said 100% Virgin Olive Oil, but at the bottom of the bottle was a white cloud. When i shook up the bottle the cloud...

Something along the same line is:

Avocado mushed up
Diced Tomatoes, Mangos, Onions
Cilantro
Egg yolk (added if one doesn't like the taste of the yolk alone)

Re: fruit salad and coconut (and fruits in Korea)

Hello! I am also in Korea. I started living in Daejeon City about 2 months ago. I have been looking for Brazilian nuts like crazy. Have you found them in Seoul? I have gone to all of my local/bigger markets and also Busan, yet have not run into them....Lately I have seen plenty of JuJubes for sale. ...

Re: Fasting

I have never fasted. But what do you all think of this story? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/4479240.stmA teenage boy in Nepal has gone 6 months without food or water according to the story. My body does feel so clean now. If I do eat anything that has toxins in it, I can feel my body respond...

(making) Coconut Milk

Hello All! I am new to this board, but I have enjoyed viewing all of the past discussions. It has helped me out so much. Was just wondering what everyone thought about coconut milk? It is raw and is quite dense in fat. When mixed together with kiwis, bananas, strawberries, and honey, it is so delici...
