Where are you staying in New York?
What borough? What area?
I know a lot of places but you may need to travel. If you try any Korea/China/Japan area, just buy from the supermarket if need be.

WWOOWW!! I just finished reading this book with a friend. My friend is in love with this book. It is really powerful if one understands what Dr. Emoto is trying to say. If I understand him correctly, he believes that since we are mostly water, we should have harmony and good additude all the time in...

Why is coconut oil listed as a triglyceride then? I was also reading that coconut oil is not stored but sent right to the liver and used right away for energy, a similar process to glucose. Isn't this correct? If this is true, I am suggesting that Coconut oil shouldn't be used as a 'storage' fat as ...

Medium Chain Tryglycerides (MCT)
Coconut Oil is a MCT, and MCT's are shorter chained and almost always go directly to the liver to be burned for energy, correct? If this is the case, shouldn't we not eat Coconut oil along with other sugars since MCT's have no storage capacity? And if we ate coconut oil alone, wouldn't that supply s...

A close friend of my works for this company and sent me along some information about it.
RRM, what do you think about this drug? Could it cause a whole new disease?

I agree. In ancient Taoist texts for example, monks talked about eating only 1 nut a day and drinking only a few drops of water. The believed this intertwinded with meditation would result in immortality, or at least a long healthy life. Are they really far off from something. Would say a 1000 calor...

I just bought coconut oil for the first time (for the sun burn). But I have also ate it, delicious! And I will try it on my skin as well for shaving, but I worry that the oil will ruin the razor. I have a 3 headed razor, i think something like a mach 3. I once tried olive oil on my face, but that di...

Lipids aid/obstruct protein intake?
Would the lipids from an avocado aid the uptake and/or breakdown of proteins and omega 3 in salmon or tuna?
Would a banana specifically aid/obstruct/neutral during or after the intake of salmon or tuna?
