Hey CurlyGirl and Oscar, have you tried pin-hole glasses? They're inexpensive, relatively, and it's easy to train your eyes with them. Just wear them and that's it. http://www.google.se/images?hl=sv&q=pinhole+glasses&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=univ&ei=rNYsTM2nL4G6OIqdgLYJ&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ct=tit...

Calorie bomb - fat and sugar

This old thread http://www.waiworld.com/waitalk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=316 gave me some inspiration. Time goes by so quickly. I want to have the energy but I don't want to eat a snack of fruit/oil every hour. This would be another option to the oj/oo. I'm going away for a couple of days and a jar of...

Beautiful indeed. Oscar let me know how it goes with the running. Do you have a strong muscle memory to change? I mean, did you run a lot before.
RRM, thanks for the thread. 8)

Oh, that sounds great Oscar. I would love to learn from a pose-teacher, too. I am also an AT teacher so perhaps that helps me stay in touch with the feet and balance et c. One word of caution: new shoes arriveing and all: listen to what your feet tell you, when to stop et c. If you run totally baref...

You asked me? 8) I am doing the barefoot and thus no heel strike, even walking softer, lighter, no sound onto the ground. Then running, staying light, soft, soundless, and smaller steps, quicker. It's lovely. The feet are recovering, they love it. I have a sense of forward now that comes from the fo...

Hemp oil

Sweet fruits like banana and mango go well with coconut oil I find. For cucumber, apple or oranges - olive oil. What about hemp oil? I found a raw food shop that sells all three oils, and more, cold pressed. Any advise or opinion from any one would be great. Hemp oil: http://www.rawfoodshop.se/kallp...

Barefoot running & Alexander Technique

<edit by RRM> Moved from another thread : I use honey or silver if I get a cut, a blister or a burn. What does it do when you use it on a cut? </edit by RRM> I'll give you an example: I like to go barefoot outdoors. And run barefoot. One day I stepped on some sharp object and it peeled of a bit of ...
