Re: lots of Encouragement!

Its fascinating indeed. You see the same thing when it comes to our existence on this planet, how we pollute this planet, allow massive starvation of our own brothers and sisters on a daily basis while we live in abundancy, and how our chosen governments focus on killing other people instead of prov...

Re: lots of Encouragement!

Yes, I agree with both of you. I usually don't talk about it, because it makes dieting look like a religion, but it DOES change your perception to the world. I also don't tell about my eating habits, until it 'comes up', and even then I initially try to 'avoid' telling too much, and try to simplify ...

Re: --Thank You!!-- and Introduction

Thank you Brian, Of course we have also received very negative ones, telling me that I'm confused and have no idea what I'm talking about. The funny thing is, that when you compare the most negative criticism, that they strongly contradict eachother on details. To me, it is very logical that some ar...

Re: Fruit Sugar Overdosing

There is nothing wrong with lots of sugars if:
1) You don't ingest more energy than required on a daily basis
2) You always consume sufficient fat with it
3) You dont eat only a few big meals a day, but instead, lots of small meals.

Of course, the same goes for fruits.

Actually, Lyn was the one who finally triggered the board to be (re)installed.
As for the milk, we may be heading to a breakthrough: www.4.waisays.com/brief.htm

Have you, by any chance, had any tests done in the years before the diet (cholesterol, overal health)?

Love to all wrote: I don't see why our bodies couldn't replicate cells nearly infinitely It's basic biology. How do you think that we age? Re: Raw salmon (or other fish) combinations?

The longer you have been eating mainly raw food, the more you will appreciate the taste of raw salmon only, without anything added.
Having said that, I really love a little ginger with my salmon. It's virtually the only 'munchfood' my skin allows me to eat without breaking out.

Re: Wai Diet Research...

Its impossible to tell who's correctly following the diet, and who isn't. But, yes, someone reported that he couldnt cope with the sugars in fruits and needed more fat, for example. And yes, I think that prepared food was introduced in the first place because it is so convenient, and enables us to f...

Re: alternatives to shampoo, deodorant, lip balm, soap??????

Maybe you don't need an alternative to shampoo if you only wash your hair, and not the skin on your skull (keeping your head down while washing just your hair) Regarding deodorant, you may wash your armpits with only water a couple of times a day (that's what we call a "hooker's bath" :) ) Lip balm?...
