How long to get clear? Vinegar? sugar?
Hi, I'm 12 days into the diet, I've been 100% and I can't say I'm that happy with my skin right now. I don't have any cysts or anything but am seeing new zits every day almost, more like bumps I guess, but sometimes whiteheads or just small red bumps. I have been using coconut oil, wondering if that...

Water after protein
Hi,
I know I'm not supposed to have water after my fish or eggs but how long after until I can have some water?
I'm thirsty all the time on this diet, orange juice and fruit don't quench my thirst.
I know they all say you don't need water on the diet but I'm constantly thirsty!
Thanks

Re: Crab
Hi, This might be a silly question but I was wondering are HCA's created with steamed crab also? I LOVE steamed crab and once my skin is clear I'd like to try it as a munch food. If it doesn't make me break out I'd like to have it but besides acne I'm wondering about the healthiness/unhealthiness of...

Re: How long after eating a bad food do you break out?
Oh, Ok, thank you, that makes sense, I was just hoping and wouldn't have to take so long to figure out what makes be breakout but I guess theres no short cut, just diligently staying 100% is the only way to know. Its gonna take me many months to diagnose what does what to by body but it will be wort...

Re: Un-pasturized juice
Ok, great, thank you,
I wish this was in the book, because its a lot of effort to buy a juicer and juice when you can just buy un-pasturized juice.
Maybe someone can notate that so that is says you can do that and not make it sound like you strictly have to be juicing if you want juice?

Re: How long after eating a bad food do you break out?
Well, this is good news if I'm understanding correctly. So, when I'm off the sample diet and I want to start experimenting with new items, I don't have to wait a week for a reaction? If I'm on 100% and I only add 1 item in 1 day, I would see a reaction within 2 days if it will make me break out? Tha...

Un-pasturized juice
Am I correct in assuming as long as store bought juice is un pasturized and doesn't have any other ingredients it would be fine for the sample diet?

Re: Stevia/Truvia
Ok, I understand its not ideal but do you know specifically if it causes acne? I'm not trying to lose weight but just for in the future I wanted to know if I have it if I'm likely to break out. I know no one can tell me that for sure but has anyone reported use of this and that they had problems or ...

Re: Need help with Calorie requirements
Ok, Thank you, I'm going to try and not watch my calories and just eat when I want, which will be a monumental change for me. I'm just going to take the risk that I'll gain weight and then address that issue separately if it becomes a problem. I'm on my fifth day and my skin does seem to be doing be...

Re: Lettuce? soy sauce? water?
Ok RRM, Thank you, thats exactly what I was hoping you'd say. I don't feel the need to eat lettuce, I just know when going out for dinner, salad will often be my only option ( I don't have any japanese restaurants here ) and most places will not have fruit as an option for dinner, ;-) I just wanted ...

Stevia/Truvia
Ok, so I'm wondering can we eat Stevia aka Truvia? Its a no calorie sugar substitute; its supposed to be the only healthy one, not like spenda. Its derived from the Stevia plant leaves. I'd been using it for a while for sweetness without all the calories because I don't want to gain weight. http://e...

Lettuce?!?!
I thought the salad meant we could have lettuce, was I mistaken? I'm reading some people say you can't have lettuce. I already stopped eating spinach but I'm still having iceburg lettuce and was planning on buying romaine lettuce. I personally don't care that much when I'm at home what I eat but whe...

Need help with Calorie requirements
Hi, I'm new to the diet, just started a couple days ago So far I love it, love eating healthy and feeling fine but I'm concerned about managing my weight. I've been on a strict diet of 1000-1200 calorie diet for about 6 months along with running almost every day (I was trying to lose weight to get r...
