Watermelon does not sit well if eaten with something else, but it is fine if combined with oil? Doesn't oil require digestion that would interfere with the melon? I always eat my melon solo, no fat (besides occasional missed seed).

How important is the 2:1 ratio? Should it be from the final tally, or should each meal/snack be close to that ratio? I ask because it is a lot simplier to just have mostly fruit for the first half of the day, and then start eating more fats, ending with a dinner of nuts, coconut and dried fruit. Als...

I usually have 4 yolks with 3-4 bananas. But I realize this is not enough fat. It is fine with 1-2 bananas, but anymore sugars will need more fat. But plug it into a nutrient calculator, and go by self experience and see if it works for you.

Bambi,

Why do you feel that one must be careful with Wormwood, moreso than with the other herbs/tinctures?

Does anyone know why boxed/canned organic raisins list "than 1% Organic Sunflower Oil" as an ingredient, while conventional raisins do not? Why do they need to add oil to raisins anyway? If the oil is not listed on the package, is it safe to assume that there is no added oil?

Can you give an example why/when someone cannot eat/drink enough energy? Obviously if they cannot fufill such a basic bodily need they should reconsider what they do/eat in a day.

Umm, A generation of native-born Japanese, relatively short, consuming traditional foods. Let's say they move the the US and have a child. This child will grow to be probably much taller than his/her parents. Better diet? More like heavy dosages of bovine/growth hormones. I'm just confused as to why...

4 yolks is also my self-imposed limit. However, I could also eat about 4-5 bananas along with them, depending on size/ripeness and my level of hunger. I wonder how many yolks I could consume if I had them straight or in some OJ? Is it worth trying to find my threshold?

I know from experience that several egg yolks along with avocado is not easily and readily digested. I seem to feel much better when I have the yolks just with a few bananas, only eating avocado as a seperate meal with tomato and cucumber sometime later in the day. Common sense should tell you that ...
